Used to really like this place years ago! It has really gone downhill. Ordered a slice of cheese and it was so stale as they were slicing it. Looked like it had been sitting there for days. Got a small pasta salad and had to ask the guy to include all the ingredients, not just plain pasta.

Worse customer service came in at 6:15 they close at 7pm. Ordered a family meal “we will not serve you not enough bread sticks and we don’t have pasta. And we will not make you more! My daughter wanted to eat here for her birthday what a shame. We spend 40-50 dollars here I guys they don’t need our money?????

Coming from NYC I can tell you the plain slice of pizza is expensive, the sauce is too sweet, and the cheese is really salty. The crust is decent. Maybe this is what Texans like, my bad for the 3 star review.

I hadn’t been there in years, but I can say their pizza “used” to look and be good. I used to think they had the best pizza. However, I went today and not only was the cashier guy rude. The pizza was not at all what it used to be. The cashier guy didn’t greet any customers nor thank them. When he handed me my pizza, he just tossed it on the counter and said nothing. Remember you chose the job, the job didn’t choose you. If you have poor customer skills, why work there. Even my 7yr old said the pizza looked disgusting. And chose not to eat his slice afterall. I tried offering it to someone else. But, no one wanted it so we ended up just tossing both slices. I had bitten off of mine. And it definitely was not the great pizza it once was years ago.. Will definitely not be returning.. Not only because the pizza is no longer good. But that customer service & attitude is so poor.. I also noticed the 3.5 % fee if you use a card. Asked him a question, and all he did was nod his head no verbal response..
