Simple and fresh ingredients make a really good pizza, and this place does exactly that. I ordered the classic italian round pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The slices hold up well and no cheese falls off the pizza. It was very crispy, and had a nice charcoal flavor from their brick oven. The pizza was about $22. For dessert I ordered pistachio tiramisu (17$), and it was absolutely amazing. That was the most expensive tiramisu I’ve ever payed for, but at least it was very good. Atmosphere is nice, they have about 3 tables inside each having 4 chairs, and also a table outside to eat as well. I will definitely be back to try different style pizzas.

Truly some of the best pizza and desserts on long island. High hydration, long ferment dough and only the highest quality ingredients is the focus. To true pizza critics, and those that KNOW – this is one of the best on LI. Highly recommend the italiana (square or round), diavolo, red pepperoni, but they are all great. The cheese cake & cookies (round hazlenut and chocolate) along with the bombolini (pistacchio & cannoli) are all amazing. One of the owners was a pastry chef back in italy and it speaks volumes. Call you order ahead (20 min-45 min depending on day) and order a full pie for the best experience. Eating a full pie on site is always a great option as well! If you’re lucky enough to see bread in the display case BUY IT.

Go go go!! This Roman style pizza is wonderful. If you are looking for a classic “Italian American” slice of pizza you will not get that here. What you will get is fresh ingredients and innovative toppings. Sometimes he has the fried lasagna!! Whoa!!!! My favorite slice is the spicy vodka sauce with the stracciatella cheese, and freshly grated parmigiana! The donuts are incredible too! The TIRIMISU!!! Wow …Dario is a dough master and friendly too! Came thru after seeing this on One Bite, wish Dave got it fresh outta the oven. This is an 8.5 pie. Got the regular, if you’re into thin, light, char, and crisp then this is the one. Def one of the best pies on the island. Friendly owner working his heart out.
