Went to Dario’s Restaurant on July 15th 2023. My experience was delightful. Starting from Food… Beet and Goat cheese Salad is AMAZING, fresh Golden and purple beets accompanied with arugula and delightful homemade dressing. We ordered the lobster and shrimp Risotto….no words for me to explain how delicious and perfectly executed this Main Course is… A MUST.!!!

I don’t live very close by, and I just happened to stumble across this place. Best choice I’ve made in a long time! It checked all of my boxes: great food, atmosphere, service and value. A little bit upscale for me, but I’m super-frugal. Still a great value! Mostly Italian menu, some American, good variety.

Just tried Dario’s new location on Main Street in Fitchburg. Service and food were both excellent. Got the Garganelli Primavera which has a flavorful white wine sauce. Also got the Limoncello dessert, which was very rich. Limited street parking. Highly recommend getting reservations.

This place is honestly fantastic. Went there for the 1st time last night and we were very, very impressed. The food was fantastic, the drinks were even better, and the service was above and beyond. Every staff we interacted with was amazing, specifically the bar tenders. Main St. In Fitchburg has no business having a restaurant this nice, but I’m so glad it’s there. Highly recommend.

Walked in on a Friday night with no reservation. Got a seat for two at the bar. Food and drinks were fantastic, can’t wait to go again. Expo / runner that night may have been a manager of some sort- but he was phenomenal as well! Loved everything about our experience here.

My first visit to Dario’s was at their new Main St location. Fabulous atmosphere – a refreshing change for Fitchburg downtown to have an upscale atmosphere (but you don’t need to be dressed fancy) for dinner or just drinks at the bar – I’ve stopped in for drinks with a friend and taken the family to dinner and enjoyed both experiences!
