Was shocked when I was in one of their locations where I had parts of my order forgot then they wanted me to pay to replace it when I never got it and I realized before I even walked away from the counter. There was a darmondy cooperate manager there and he watched it all happened and he refused to get up and help correct and of the things that was wrong and straight missing on my order. If this is the way you treat you customers I will not be back. Worst customer service I have ever seen. If I was a manager and watched a customer get treated the way his staff was treating me they all would of been fired on the spot goes to show Custer service don’t matter to darmondy family McDonald’s and if this is the way you treat your customers you should loose the family part out of your name.

At least ACT like your happy to be at work! I get that it’s cold outside and you may not want to be there today, but don’t push that negative energy my way! Sandwich was great, wish I would have had a glass of water! I was asked to pull forward for water (I don’t know how that could have saved time or energy) Speed of service is very important! Not as important as guest satisfaction! Better luck next time, I hope!

Friday night cashier gentleman was friendly, engaged, interactive. Guy shoving the food out the window, and manager when we tried to praise drive thru guy… Just said “Fine!”. Overall an ok visit. Manager this night was NOT FRIENDLY.

I stopped at McDonalds to get me and my grandson some lunch. My driver window doesn’t work so I went inside I went to set down in a booth to wait for my food and this woman named Maria told me I couldn’t sit there I tried to tell her that I’m handicapped she cut me off and said I don’t care what your issue is you are not sitting there. My 12 year old grandson said don’t worry grandma I’ll hold you up She then said to him you get out. I have gone to McDonalds my whole life but if that is how you treat people I won’t be back. The Mc Donald’s I am talking about is the one by Walmart in Council Bluffs

The manager, Jacob at 144th & Dodge, needs to be fired. We ordered a large to go order last night and it was cold. I called within 10 minutes of placing the order (bc I live so close) and offered to bring the food back for a replacement. Jacob said not to bring it back and to come in the next day and he would replace the whole order. I offered to bring the receipt as he didn’t ask for it and he said that “would be fine” as if it was an inconvenience to him. I arrived today with the receipt and asked for him. He didn’t look at the receipt or me and just told the kid to rering everything on the receipt and he would promo it off. I told the kid I also needed to buy a kids meal and asked him to ring that separately. The kid said he wasn’t going to make me pay for the kids meal so we went and sat down. When we received our meal it was incorrect-we we’re missing our 10 piece (again) and did not have 2 Big Macs as we ordered. We asked Emily to fix this. She was happy to help but never brought the food back bc Jacob told her not to. When we went up to show him that one of our burgers was very pink-to the point of being inedible he yelled at her asking why she ate 1/2 of it before noticing the pink. It wasn’t pink all the way through. He started shouting at us that we should be happy with what we received bc he gave us $48 worth of free food. He acted as If We scammed him out of free food when all we did was follow his directions. He yelled at us that he was going to be in trouble for this because it was a $40 order that he authorized! He continued to yell and argue with us and called me fat, uneducated because he is getting a degree from UNO and the clincher for me was his insulting comment under his breath about my son being adopted. Your manager was unacceptably rude and demeaning. How are you going to handle this?
