Came from out of town to visit and wasn’t impressed at all. They have 15 year old kids working and they have no idea what they’re doing. It doesn’t seem like they get any correct training, or any at all. They were out of mushrooms and plates, mushrooms is believable but plates? The food wasn’t bad but the service is just terrible and I don’t enjoy waiting about an hour for my food to be ready. All these bad reviews should hopefully fix up this place. Definitely don’t want to visit again.

Have tried this establishment numerous times as thought maybe it was just a bad day..week or month but it’s either burnt pizza, raw pizza, wrong order, rude staff or overcharging. This place consistently does poorly. I like to support local businesses however if you want pizza I suggest just going to a bar or going across the street for a pleasant dining experience.

My husband 2 kids and I were in Daroos 2 hours start to finish on 5/5. My husband had to go to the counter to order after sitting for 20 minutes. I also had to wait 10 minutes after the fact for our breadsticks. All I got offered was a cert for free breadsticks that were free in the first place so what’s the point of offering it?. We won’t be going back for a long time after this. Yes I am well aware that staff is short and new.

Maybe I am spoiled because we live outside Chicago. But this pizza was not that good. Burnt on the bottom and had sauce in the middle but not really all over? Was told 20 min to get pizza ended up taking 40 min. Call in order. Nobody eating in. Also $21.00 for this pizza is really overpriced.

Got our food to go and should have checked it before we left. Burrito was not fresh and was microwaved. Probably made earlier and sat around. My wrap was so full of lettuce and hardly any bacon.
