This is a food truck. The ribs cost entirely too much. 4 ribs for $25. The ribs were more burnt than meat. The chickens wings are worth getting. The BBQ sauce is on the tangy side. The macaroni is kraft and I am talking the kids kind. Not worth it. This will be my last time stopping there.

Darryl was set up in the Oregon District around Veteran’s Day weekend. I ran into him and his smoker while bar hopping and got a rack of ribs and it was delicious. Highly recommend!

Ribs were about an hour from being perfectly done … so tough with some tender spots. Greens were tough and flavorless. Max and cheese had a clump of melted and then congealed cheese in it the rest was buttered elbow macaroni noodles. Salt and pepper would go a long way.
