Finally got to try this place out with my husband for dinner. I got the donor steak plate and he got the steak sandwich with a side of falafel. Each came with the four special sauces/drizzles which was delicious. The falafel was super fresh and tasty. I liked that the food overall wasn’t too salty. Super happy to have this new spot in our neighborhood! Def coming back.

Great, consistent food made by a really great guy! I’ve never been to Germany, but considering the amount of German speakers eating there I’d say it meets their standards! The owner is from Germany and just living his dream. My wife has loved the sanwich, box, and plate she’s gotten and I’ll order two steak wraps just to bring one home. Strongly recommend.

This is the best Doner in this part of the country. Very clean place. Very friendly service. The food is Excellent! 10 over 10. I recommend everyone to try the West Village and try this place. Also plenty of beer. I am hoping one day they will also try chicken doner as well.

The best “sandwich” I have had in years. That’s a bold statement coming from myself, because I love all kinds of things served between the breads. This will ruin gyros for you. The sandwich is huge, and they build it in a way that all of the ingredients are spread out to every bite. I am looking forward to to eating another one, but I’m full, so that will be for another day. A bonus is that it is located inside my favorite tap room. The atmosphere is perfect, the staff is great, and the beer selection is sure to please.

Honestly, I really was excited about this place and wanted to like it. $47 for two of the sandwiches with steak, 3 sides of fries which were a small handful each. The portion of the sandwiches were mighty, which is a nice point. However, its really difficult to eat, and the toppings just keep falling out. When biting into it, I was expecting this burst of flavor but…well..it was lackluster. I thought maybe it was all the veggies watering it down or something so I tried the angus beef on its own. No flavour. Pretty disappointing for such a price point. The veggies on their own were also unseasoned. The Doner sauce, while good on its own, was too light to really add much flavour and substance to this hefty sandwich. Overall not a great experience and far too expensive for something that lacked in taste. I know they are new so hopefully this elevates as time goes on. I would probably wait a few months before trying it again, if I do. Oh and to be clear, I can see this building from my front porch, I live one street up from it so the time in transit for take out didn’t affect the quality.

If you are a fan of Doner and you are around greenville SC, you have to try this place, with a short menu, this place isn’t pretentious at all, just a few items but good quality items, in my time there, me and my friends tried all the items with beef, and really liked them, the salad was fresh, the fries were crispy and well seasoned, and the meat was really really good, just what you would expect from a high quality Doner place. All our plates came with sauces that I must say, completely go well with the food, making it tastier, or lighter like with the amazing yogurt tzatziki like sauce.
