Hubby & I visited the food truck on a date night. We were near the George R Brown Convention Center off Lamar St. We had no idea what to expect. Hubby ordered a catfish plate with fries & a drink at almost midnight. We drove 40 minutes home to the smell of awesomeness. Got home & hubby couldn’t resist. He was going to save it for the next day but temptation won. The portion of food was mind boggling. We did not expect all the food he received. It was well seasoned. He said it tasted better than any other cat fish he had ever had. My son agreed that it was amazing. So the next day we took my son and he ordered a catfish plate with seafood mac & cheese. He said everything was good. Don’t go…run to see chef Charles & his team! It is money well spent & worth the price.

The shrimp alfredo stuffed turkey leg was a huge helping and delicious. The twisted seafood fries were a large helping and equally wonderful. A very satisfying meal was had! Highly recommend.

Man hold up. Houston go check out this boy mayne. Food is great. I got the Alfredo Turkey and my wife got the Mardi Gra Pasta. Look a lot of people over exaggerate things but best ever. Look it costed me about $50 but look here I know you would rather pay for good food than pay crazy prices for bad food that is over hyped. It’s worth it. Rather you support this man Brit’s black owned or because it’s great food just support him.

Ummmm I went on this Sunday 9/3/23. Arrived at 1:30pm and didn’t leave until 3:30pm!! Just like most of the other reviews they do NOT tell you about the wait time. Ridiculous especially for the amount of money you pay with the lack of customer service. I just so happen to ask as it was already packed when I arrived and the ppl before me ordered a huge order.

Was excited to try this spot after seeing a post giving a rave review. Stopped by this weekend and ordered the mac stuffed turkey leg. Maybe I went on an off day, but the mac was kinda bland and the turkey leg was just ok. I will say the portion size was good and so was the customer service. Wait time wasn’t long. I may try them again and order something different next time.
