I’m from St. Louis, in Monnesota visiting family. I was hungry and looking for a hot sandwich outside of the usual Firehouse subs or Subway. Stopped in to Davanni’s and ordered a tuna melt. The customer service was excellent… greeted with a smile. The sandwich came out quick and hot. It wasn’t that packed, so we ate there, and the dining area was clean, and friendly. I highly recommend stopping in, sandwichs and pizza are great.

The food was truly incredible,delicious, fresh and perfectly cooked. But what really made the experience special was the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff. From start to finish, they made sure we were comfortable and happy, offering great recommendations and always checking that everything was to our liking. It’s hard to find such attentive and friendly service these days, and it really made our meal all the more memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back, the food and the people make this place truly one-of-a-kind.

I got here just one hour before they close. Everyone is so warm and always have energetic smiles. The facility is so clean and tidy. The food tastes very good. I even want to leave additional tips. This is my first time coming here. But I totally understand why this restaurant has got such high rating score. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our pizza and sandwiches very much. Staff was courteous and friendly. Dining room was clean. Kids enjoyed the coloring activities and were entertained until our food arrived. We’ll be back!

Deep dish pizza and hoagies were awesome. Pasta and garlic bread were not that great. Not a great value for the money. If you are getting a pizza don’t get the small one, just go for the big one.

Been eating here for years. I dont know what they did to our deep dish traditional pizza today. It was flavorless, ordered light sauce which they didn’t do, barely had any cheese. Even the crust seemed off. I would have given only 1 star based on today, but am balancing with previous experiences.

I ordered a warm half hoagie and before finishing it, I found something in it that was small but non-food with fibers. I took it to the front counter and the guy said it was likely a piece of the paddle used for cooking. Hmmm, a bit loss of as appetite. Normally, Davanni’s is pretty good. Probably just a fluke. . . Had to knock a star off from a 5 star.
