The burger was so dry, I only ate what I did because I was starving from waiting over an hour & it was hardly warm. Could have got a better burger at Wendy’s. Disappointed. It’s definitely not worth the cost.

Overall, this place is fairly clean and the employees are nice. However, ordering any food/drinks takes FOREVER. We have been here 4 times, and each time it has taken longer than 10-15 min for someone to even acknowledge that we are waiting to order. There needs to be a better system, more employees or better training.

My husband and I came in to play some games since we usually enjoy ourselves at Dave and Busters. The people at the front desk were very friendly. We like the games with the tokens. It’s like slots but not. Pretty much every time we come in there are issues where the machine reboots and you lose chips or you don’t get the right amount of tokens to start play. Today was no different. On the token machine I had over 400 chips when the machine shut down to reboot. Very frustrating!!! Then my husband and I checked out some of the other machines where you swipe and just don’t get to play. I am giving 2 stars solely because we do have some fun during our visit. Now let’s get to the Women’s restroom. Most of the stall doors are broken. There are only a few that you can actually close the door but that’s after you move it around since the track doesn’t line up. Today a lady almost walked in on me because I couldn’t even close my door. The stalls are always filthy. I know it’s mainly the people visiting the bathroom and not so much the staff but half the toilets are always filled with waste. I’m not sure if employees check the bathroom through the day but having 1 or 2 stalls open and all the other ones filled with fecal matter is not okay. And for privacy reasons I wish the stall doors closed. I wish I could have a more positive review. I love half price Wednesdays and we do have fun on the games when they work so Dave and Busters please do better!!!

The food service needs help, but the food was delicious. The gaming atmosphere was very inviting. The sports bar aspect of this place was also inviting. I bet it’s insane busy when football season rolls around!

There are so many reason you shouldn’t go here. The games were mid, they felt like a waste of money. We waited a little under an hour for our food. With one of our orders (a burger) there was an item added onto it that we said we didn’t want so we sent it back. When we got the order back the burger was raw. Not only was that one burger raw but a piece of another burger we ordered was raw as well. We sent the burger back for the 3rd time and we waited so long that we just decided to take the burger to-go. The service was ok, nothing special. Overall this experience was not worth the money. Do not recommend coming to this Dave and Busters to anyone.
