Extremely poor customer service and interaction with both employees of Dave and Buster corporation from Tania and Reschelle today. Came into this location on a shiny & sunny Sunday right around the afternoon. Literally not a single a child or adult in the entire location at this time. This location had like 3-4 employees just sitting around the bar and tables just eating and stuffing their face with food. I kindly asked the front desk if they could help me resolve this issue with my Dave and Busters card that has almost 10,000 tickets stored on it. If I can redeem them. They said that my card was deactivated from another location which makes absolutely no sense because I’m the only one with card. So basically in conclusion I lost all my tickets and money I’ve spent plus my remaining balance of 500+ credits that was on my card. These employees denied myself and my beautiful nieces and nephews to play at this location. They did not attempt any sort of customer service and they told me I had to physically go to another Dave and Busters location to resolve the issue with them. Makes absolutely no sense and very sad to see children getting mistreated from ether racist or immature employees. Literally not a single human being at this location on a perfect beautiful weekend.

We visited this location for a night of arcade games and family fun. The server seemed to be new and/or very uncomfortable In his role. He was unfamiliar with the menu and didn’t know the answers to Very simple questions regarding the alcoholic beverages. Our drinks sat at the bar for over 20 minutes and when we asked the server about them he told us they didn’t belong to us… only to go back 5 minutes later and bring us the drinks that we already knew belonged to our table. By the time they got to us the were watered down from sitting so long and the ice melting in them. Additionally, the food came out cool, signaling that it has been sitting for a while before it was delivered to the table. The manager was called and she did remove the drinks from our ticket but made no effort to apologize for the poor condition of the food. Overall, I was not impressed by the food, drinks, or customer service and I doubt I will return to this location.

I have been to Dave and Buster before and during the pandemic. I will say after the pandemic my experience there is ok. Given that they are trying their best to make sure all customer are happy. I went there because my daughter after school program had an event there. It was great timing for us because there weren’t a lot of people there so most kids got to play games as many times as the card will allow. The food was good. Except the fries were cold. The waiter and manager were very attentive and pleasant.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Been here a few times now to give it a chance because I love D&B but man this one is trash. More than half the games take your money or don’t work. I tried to get the game tech to give me my money back to no avail. Absolute rip off. I spent over $500 dollars got about $300 worth of my money. Do not come to this one.

Literally the slowest customer service. It took 45 minutes to get beverages after continuously reminding the server, another 30 minutes to order food. We had to keep reminding the server to serve us. All of the servers just meandered around with no sense of urgency. I do not recommend this location to eat or even drink.

Probably not their fault but they didn’t have much staff so service was very slow. We had to stop eating and take our food home to not miss our ride. But the waiter was pleasant. We didn’t complain but the lady next to us did.

So my 1st time at this location with a friend for pool and games…I was slightly disappointed bc they only have 3 pool tables and the distance between them is like 2 feet, but the people using the other tables were friendly so we had a good time. The young waiter wasn’t familiar with beers and brought my friend a lager instead of the pale IPA he ordered but you know rookie mistake. The wings were good. And they had a DJ so it was very lit in there. I was also disappointed by the games but I would go again.
