The place was fantastic! Went there with family members and had a great time. The drinks were excellent and made with top shelf liquor! I would highly recommend their Long Island Iced Tea made with Jameson! All of our food was fantastic! I just wished they had never changed their Philly steak and cheese to using a cheese sauce instead of real cheese like a real Philly cheese steak is made!! However they did replace with provolone cheese on my Philly steak and cheese! I am from the East Coast and no restaurant over there would get away with putting some canned cheese sauce on a Philly steak and cheese !! However when I asked to have real cheese put on my Philly steak and cheese they had no issues with doing that for me!! The staff was very helpful with anything and everything we wanted and all service workers there were very personable including management!! I will return for another Philly steak and cheese as long as they continue to provide provolone or mozzarella cheese for my Philly steak and cheese!!

This Dave & Busters is one of the best I’ve visited. The food and drinks were bomb, and to top our visit; I lost my phone and couldn’t remember where. I asked an employee where I could see if it was turned in, and he asked me for my phone color and let me know he had picked it up and taken it to the front desk. He was picking up empty cups from all over and was so kind enough to pay attention to lost property. I couldn’t say thank you enough, so I had to leave a review to show my appreciation.

Cleanliness was so so the menu, salt, pepper shakers and glasses needed to be cleaned, service was good and the grilled food tasted like the grill was very hot and they cleaned it with water and a dirty/used dish rag, atmosphere was very loud we had to yell at the servers while ordering. I know it’s a fun and loud place but this was over the top, we’ve been to other venues that weren’t as loud.

Very poor service and a rude staff. 20 mins for a server, 10 mins for drinks, and another 35 for food. Kids’ pizza was not fully cooked. Kids’ food came first, then the nachos. Cold nachos that were terrible and very sparce with toppings. Way too overpriced for what you get. Even worse, while waiting to pay, we witnessed a server stealing. After not being able to locate a manager for both issues, we gave up and left.

Absolute worst meal I ever had in my entire life. Do not eat here! Even if you go there for the games. Leave, go somewhere else and eat, and then come back. The chicken was extremely dry, the “garlic mashed potatoes” Ended up being powdered mashed potatoes that they slapped a bunch of garlic and onion powder on, and served. The salad was wilted & obviously had been frozen prior. We only could stand to eat a portion of our meals. Left more then half. However, the boneless Garlic Parm wings weren’t bad. The service also was horrible. The bartender paid a lot of attention to her friends that were at the bar. But we sat there in ten minutes before she even looked in our direction. Then they got our order wrong and even though the place was slow. There were only 2 couples at the bar. The meal took more than thirty minutes to come out. The worst ever do not go here!

This was my first time coming to this place. It was so much fun! The whole place was super clean, which is a big plus! The tables, booths, games, floors, bathroom,.everything was clean. Our service was great the server was attentive. The food was fantastic! I got the Chimichurri Bowl with Salmon and a blue lemonade to drink. Absolutely delicious The game selection was great and all of the machines worked. No out of order signs on any of them. Staff was going around cleaning the machines. Great selection of choices on the prizes. Our family had a blast! Definitely recommend!

We came for my daughters birthday. When we arrived the employee Leslie working up front was extremely cold and rude. It was so unnecessary. If you can’t fake a smile and answer simple questions without being mean to customers than you shouldn’t be working a job like that. Thankfully, everyone else that we spoke to was very nice. Our server was great and was so sweet to all the kids at our table. The kids had so much fun playing games together. Hopefully Leslie learns some customer service skills.

Huge place, so it’s rare not to be seated right away, or take more than 30 minutes. The games are cool and fun, and there’s a lot to do. Bar, games, the mall it’s connected to, TVs, private sitting. It’s a fun place, and the food is not terrible.
