As a seasoned casual gamer, I must say that Dave & Buster’s is an excellent arcade venue that offers tons of entertainment and excitement. Located conveniently in the mall, it allows you to enjoy your favorite games and then wander the mall to mix up your activities.

We went here on a Sunday evening, the place was super crowded with kids, adults everyone. The wait time was okay considering you see someone else playing. Kids had a very good time. Some of the games / machines were not working (out of order) High wait time to get a table, people were occupying tables without food. Overall, the place is fun.

Food was very good, long wait time. The server pressured me for tip before dropping the check. Never had that happen to me before. Eat here only if you have EXTRA time to spare. A med rare steak took almost 40 minutes to come out.

1/2 price Wednesday is a great value. Staff were friendly, everything was functioning and clean. Manager seemed to only want to “manage.” The guy at the redemption counter was very busy, very patient and working hard. The manager stood there useless when a good manager is not afraid or too proud to jump in and help out. If he worked as hard helping out as he did organizing his snappy outfit each day, I would have given the service 5 stars. Be a good manager, help with bottlenecks, the staff and customers will appreciate it.

We sat at the bar in the restaurant. Our bartender was great. Very helpful. We had the wings as an appetizer. The wings were small but not bad. My wife had the Chimichurri salad with chimichurri rice and grilled asparagus grilled tomato and onion with basil. Roasted cauliflower, avocado, red cabbage, and added grilled chicken. She liked everything but the tomatoes (she does not like basil) also did not come with the chimichurri rice or any form of chimichurri.

I took my kids out yesterday and they had a ball at the arcade and with bowling but unfortunately when we ordered food it took us an hour to receive our food. But what the manager did.. he did compensate us for the entire meal. So I think that was pretty awesome. He didn’t have to do that. So that’s why I still give them five stars because they still went out there way to make sure we were comfortable and happy.

Please be aware that This location is serving soft drinks that taste like chemicals. When we spoke to the manager, they were aware of the concern and stated the lines under the building are 30 years old and cause the chemical used in the line to not get flushed through properly. The bartender had to run the machine for a long time to flush the chemicals out. Management was not concerned about the issue and stated it’s been on-going and we weren’t the first family to inform them of this. It’s extremely disturbing and scary that they continue to serve the soft drinks knowing it’s been an on-going concern.

It’s a fun place for arcade games. My party spent about 2 hours and $100 and that was perfect for us. We did not eat, so I can’t comment on food. It looked like your typical eats for that type of place.

Came here for bowling for my friends birthday. Went to the bar to get drinks and the bartender, Kevin, was not very pleasant. His responses were dry and he was not very accommodating. When our food came, he sat it down and did not engage at all. I understand people have their days but service is service. Especially on a special occasion, such as a birthday.
