Service is hit or miss but the food is good. The drink menu is amazing especially during happy hour. And of course the arcade games are what really brings us in. They also have a bunch of TV’s everywhere. And they even show UFC and other PPVs.

Food is better than the one by SF and the servers are phenominal. Very friendly, attentive but not overbearing. It’s smaller than other Dave and Busters I’ve been to and very loud that it’s hard if you’re a lounge a d talk kind of person but overall very nice experience

I went here on a weekday afternoon and the service was slow and terrible. I had to ask for iced tea 3x, and the tea was hot – so I had to ask for ice every time the tea was brought out. The place wasn’t even busy, but it was over 45 min for simple wings and a burger. Then we told the waitress that the Sprite didn’t taste right, so she brought water – and never brought out a Replacement Sprite but charged me for it . That’s the other thing that’s super annoying- you only get to see an itemized receipt after you pay. Forget arguing the over charge because you’re no longer of importance to them and vanish even more than they did before. I doubt I would return. The games were fun, but super expensive, especially for a family of 6. Definitely not family friendly. Also, we went a separate time and 3 of the 4 drinks we wanted were “out of stock”. C’mon- you’re a bar for Pete’s sake. What kind of bar runs out of alcohol??

This is a review for the many times I’ve been here. The food is good, when you get it, but EVERY time I’ve come here to eat, EveryTIME. It takes an hour or more, even when I go when they first open. One time they completely forgot us and gave the whole meal for free, one time took an hour when we were the first group there. One time with a large party, my little girls simple Mac n Cheeses came last, after we all were almost done eating. And NO refund of any sort. Another time , I specifically ordered an appetizer before everything, and everyone heard me.. Never Got it. Even the server said he remembers me ordering it,. But did nothing?..The games and arcade and TVs and atmosphere are great, that usually why I come here. But did service, is horrible. Not that the servers are mean or anything, but don’t think they care. I give 3 stars for games and atmosphere and because food is usually pretty good. Otherwise a 1 star. ..Hey here’s a tip D&B management, corporate etc. . Stop worrying about lining your pockets with more money, bonuses, whatever. And getting your shareholders more money. And hire experienced workers that care and pay them better, pay them minimum wage like everywhere else, so they don’t rely on tips. ( Something that should be a law everywhere). Because with service like this, don’t really wanna tip.
