Came here to watch the ufc fights. We got there early so we could eat and it wasn’t too busy. It’s a huge place that has a section to sit and eat and be served, a sports section where you are served further away, some bowling alleys and upstairs a huge arcade room. We sat and ate and had a few drinks first. The waitress was nice and brought our orders to us pretty quickly. The boneless wings were good, it was nice we could choose 2 flavors. The frys were great! Then we got a Flatbread pizza to share and the cheese was definitely not baked long enough. I also got a couple of drinks which were A+ I would come back to order them again. After we were done, we went over to play pool for the rest of the night. It’s nice they don’t charge you upfront, they charge you after you bring the pool supplies back. I then ordered a second drink from the pool tables and there was no taste of alcohol and the glass was nearly all ice. Super inconsistent from the SAME drink I ordered earlier. I would go back but only order drinks from the restaurant side if I’m actually seated.

The food at this place used to be a bit better. This is all just wholesale frozen foods reheated and poorly so. The food service has always been slow. On this visit the food was barely warm and just barely edible. Our service was lackluster at best. It’s best to eat elsewhere first, then come to play games. Even as an arcade it’s barely entertaining as must games are oversized and costly to play (more a statement about the arcade game industry). With food and games, it’s an expensive place for families. Even as an arcade visit it gets expensive, fast. There are better family fun options.

Stopped in for a quick bite and to play some arcade games. Grabbed the Bavarian Pretzel and the Sticky Korean Ribs – both fantastic and the ribs were the perfect amount of spice! Finished our meal with the filled Churros for dessert – will definitely be going back!

I believe the assistant manager Mr. Yamen has a great personality. He takes care of all the remodeling in the area, and he always pays attention to quality.

I was in DB Desert Ridge this week with my 6yr grandson. I personally have never been in a DB before. I bought credits on a card for the games at a front door kiosk nobody was behind the front desk. My grandson had a great time he had been in DB several times before. Before we left he wanted to know how many “tickets” were on his card. I had no idea what he was talking about so he led me to the “prize corner” of the arcade. There was an attendant standing behind the counter so I asked how do I find out how many tickets he has? All she did was point to a machine behind her. I was still confused. So I asked if she would assist. Again she just pointed to a machine and told me to swipe there. So, I did that and again something quickly flashed on the screen. She refused to assist me??? She had zero customer service skills and it wasn’t like she was busy…she was leaning on the counter doing absolutely nothing . I know help is hard to find these day but every business owner needs to understand they can lose business with rude employees. I asked if I could speak to a manager. She made a call and I waited at the counter. Meanwhile, she rudely told me I had to pay for a toy my grandson was holding. I had it with her and I walked to meet the manager. The manager HANNAH was EXCELENT. She was a good listener and showed empathy for my frustration and apologized. She told me her employee might be having a bad day. She walked my card to a kiosk and printed a sheet that had all the information I was looking for AND put a few more credits on the card. I was not looking for anything free but grateful for how she handled the situation. Thank you Hannah for being a great manager.

Great place with a tons of games that were all in working condition. I was surprised on how good the food was. Service was ‘ok’ but she was trying to take care of both the bar and tables. Front desk downstairs was the most friendliest guy!! I think his name was Caleb and his tag said “he likes to dance” – he really started our experience off right. He has awesome and had the BEST customer service!!! The bathrooms are not clean but that was the only issue we had, everything else was great!

Super fun place to bring kids while parents hang out. Tweens and older can play while parents chill-ax…or play too. Is the food the greatest? No. But for a fun family afternoon or evening out it’s good to have this place in rotation .
