I’ve been there about 3 different times now. The food is awesome (mostly ordered appetizers)! The last time I went, we had already dropped a pretty penny on food, drink, and games. I was trying to get one more round from the bar and the bartender (name tag said Tortilla) completely failed to deliver. He was more interested in a conversation with his coworker, Mel, and they barely paused their conversation long enough for me to rattle off 3 drinks.

Overall a great experience however I did have an issue with the food, I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with pork belly however when it came it had none. I asked and found out that they ran out of it so they put some extra bacon on it, it only had like 3 pieces of bacon so not sure how extra that was. The manager and waiter was nice about it but I expected since it was more expensive then the burger with bacon they would discount it however they still charged full price so I was kinda disappointed about that situation. Other than that like many have said it’s small but I thought it was ok for not having to drive far.

There are always growing pains with a new store. This one is no different I love the location. I wish they had party rooms like the other locations. The managers are amazing. They are all highly experienced Dave & Busters employees. They are working well with the new employees. The new rewards app has some issues linking with the store, but they are ironing out the kinks and things get better every time I go in.

Glad they opened a new Dave n Busters to the east valley. This one is only half the size of a typical DnB but they do have a ton of new games and VR games I hadn’t seen before. I’ll still make the drive to DnB in Tempe but this one is also worth your time for family fun.

Went in for lunch. Ordered an alcoholic beverage. The drink tasted like a virgin. Im a VERY lightweight and I drink rarely so I ALWAYS feel the effects of a drink pretty quickly. Especially on an empty stomach. After drinking it I asked the waitress if they accidentally gave me a virgin. She said they had a new bar tender that was training and she wasn’t sure the measurements. She went a got her manager. The manager lady said they make the drinks so sweet so you can’t taste the alcohol. I told her it wasn’t just the taste but I felt no effects. She actually said they only put a little alcohol in the drinks so you have to order more…..??? Wow. She felt justified in her reasoning and I paid full price for a drink. Horrible customer service. She said she would have offered me another drink but I already drank all of mine…. Well yeah I was trying to feel a buzz…. And I did not want another drink with a “little alcohol”

This place is awesome!! We went for my daughter’s birthday. She ended up losing her card. The staff was amazing. They stopped her other card so nobody could use it and gave her a new one. Dave and Buster’s birthday hero for the win! We will definitely be back.

I love nothing better than a Dave n busters and was excited queen creek finally got one. The service was great, food was good but the entire place was about the size of the bathrooms at the Dave n busters in Tempe. This is not the Dave n busters vibe you’re used to. It’s a neighborhood restaurant with a small bit of games for the kids

Came here with 2 of my kids for some fun games, and it did not disappoint! We were able to acquire enough tickets for multiple trips (as long as we didn’t get large ones). The location is clean, the staff was friendly and food was good. Coming in on Wednesday (half price games) allowed us to really stretch our budget.

Took my daughter for a daddy-daughter date. We waited for a server for 30 minutes before we just got up and played a few games before leaving. The only reason I gave them my money for games was to not completely ruin the night.
