In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

My daughter’s LOVE HOT FOOD! LOL! This is our first time here and They Both Love it! They got the HOT chicken tenders fries and a loaded oreo milkshake! I tried a few fries and some of the milkshake. I don’t eat HOT food, I guess you could say, I’m too Chicken!

Where do I get started, I don’t usually write bad reviews I’m very for keeping buisness positive but the level of disrespect and horrible customer service this place has is unreal. My chicken was burnt on the outside and tasted off I took one small bite thinking it just how it looks. But it was horrible. I call the place I originally order 2 sliders they gave me 2 tenders. The manager Charlie on shift told me bring it by and he’ll exchange the order. All was well at the moment. I send someone to exchange the order to come to find out he tells them he won’t exchange food that’s been half eaten. Mind you a small piece of chicken was gone from one tender and it was very obvious that most of the tender was there. I call back and Charlie the manager starts getting loud and unprofessional. I told him i just want to exchange the order and get my food that is edible. He reply’s with attitude and argues like a child. Customer service is the key to a good business. I asked him on the phone if he wanted me to put that chewed out peice of chicken in the box and bring it to him so he can reuse it. He said no of course not. So I told him then why not exchange my order. With more then a half hour later he agrees to give me my order . After being disrespected and yelled at by a MANAGER!!! I didn’t even wanna touch this food. Horrible service. Horrible food. Don’t recommend. I let him know I can write a review and include all this and Charlie said he was more then okay with all this going public. BEWARE PEOPLE!! Here’s a picture of my order that was apparently half aten. Also it’s not about the money or anything it’s about the concept we just wanted to eat and go on with our day but it was dragged on and made a huge deal for nothing all we got was a headache from this place I’m sure someone will get the same in the future.

I enjoyed the slider + tender and fries combo. I got the slider medium and the tender hot. The medium was just the right amount of heat imo. The chicken was fried to perfection crispy while still juicy. There is a dining room but it’s nothing special it looks like most people were getting take out orders while I was there.

The chicken strips we tried were delicious. Mild is perfect for people who don’t like spicy, hot is spicy, extra hot is fire, and Reaper is exactly what the name says. I like spicy food and have a high tolerance, but I stick to Hot and Extra Hot. Sliders are bomb, buttery bread, yummy Dave’s slaw, and flavor of choice on the chicken. Musts are cheese fries and Mac and Cheese. Staff is friendly, store has plenty of seating, with lots of natural light. We will definitely be back!

I guess Dave was NOT working today because bruh. WHAT IS THIS? Bro I ordered Dave’s hot chicken not just hot chicken. My friend ordered some food at the same time as me and his order was completely normal. I tried calling the place multiple times but they either didn’t pick up, or pretended like they couldn’t hear me. Bro I didn’t want white bread.
