In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

First try on this place, it was great, order online and get there the food was ready. quick and easy. We ordered non-spicy and extra hot sliders, the food came with a great portion. The overall taste was normal. the non spicy one needs to have more flavor and the extra hot level is not so hot for me. I will come back and try the last level. the reaper. the service is good.

Wanted to see what all the hype was about, it’s not that great in my opinion. I prefer the Chic fil a spicy chicken sandwich. I got my hopes up for this place but it kinda disappointed me. I thought they would have their own “special sauce” but all it was, was thousand island and it tastes store bought. I will stick to chic fil a and raising canes.

After not getting my order correct , the manager Katherine tries to take my order back and make a slider out of the chicken they had served meanwhile my party was enjoying their meal , told her that is a health code violation and all I would like is one slider , she said smugly that they will throw my order away and make another sandwich , I asked to keep it as not to waste it and she said “we don’t give food away “ I then said rather than waste it I will purchase a slider and take the other breast home, she said you have to pay for it first . I told her please have it made and I will come in and pay , meanwhile my party has almost finished their meal while this is going on . I walked in to pay and asked if my slider was ready and was told they will make when I pay , now normally I don’t waste my time with reviews but holy untrained terrible management . This woman needs some customer service and etiquette training , highly suggest finding somewhere else to eat.

First timer, and my family gives a 5 out of 5. We are foodies and for a fast casual joint we were blown away by the quality and taste. Crispy chicken, great seasoning and man those fries!! WOW. The egg bread bun was an added bonus. I tried the mild, next time will go for the medium but this concept is on point with every detail. Huge fan of Dave’s sauce as well, I used 3 packets. We are locals and will be back.

Dude this place is banging. Out of all the new pop up chicken places, this is my fave by far. Even over Cain’s. For sure. Hot level is the perfect chicken tender, juicy, spicy and their fries are- I’ve never had bad fries from there they’ve always cooked them perfectly. Please please never let your service go down hill we need more respectable eateries that put quality over profit; or I’ll be back with a one star lol jk I’m more than ecstatic to give this place 5 stars. If they had 6 I’d give em 6
