I don’t ever ever leave these type of reviews. it’s not something I do. I am the daughter of renoun family of pizza makers born and raised in Italy. Our pizza in italy is different, I enjoy trying pizzas from all over. I want this family to succeed and I hope they do. I just hope they can recognize the suggestion and improve. My father always said people have a taste for everything, good and bad. But I am not sure if it was just a one time thing or not? Something was very very off. The tomatoes were bitter, sometimes if they are out of season the sauce will reflect this. or if they were not properly stored. it was extremely salty and I believe a little too much seasoning may have been used. This caused it to spoil. Remember your sauce is everything. But the beauty of pizza is not a ton of seasoning. Neapolitan has a traditionally fluffy crust around the thin crust. It unfortunately was flat all around.Since I was unable to pinpoint the issue, Access the sauce recipe. keep it simple. there is no need for extreme seasoning. Be sure to taste it before and after transport. Different seasons, you may have to switch suppliers of tomatoes (if you make it from scratch or cans if you dont).Invest in a walkin box for your home to transport. purchase in bulk to pass the savings to the customer, $15 is steep. Check your dough recipe, it should have a fluffy crust to live up the neapolitan name. Again, I don’t want them to fail because their concept is good. I don’t believe in refunds for small businesses as they are trying to make a living. They are only as good as the reviews the community contributs so that they can improve and perfect their business. I hope this helps! Good luck and I hope to try again in the future.

This place deserves more stars! Dough had the perfect chew. Went well with our beers at Coastal Dayz brewery. We got the margarita with garlic butter on the crust.

Worst pizza we ever had. Their Food Truck was at our community and we ordered five pizzas total in our group. They were all burned bad and had no flavor. I left a review on the SquareUp payment app asking for a refund on three of the pizzas purchased by me but got no response. We did not have them remade at the event because they took a long time and it was at the end and they were closing.
