I received raw food that literally made me nauseous. I went back up to the store and had to wait almost 30min for a manager to come. Once she got there she argues with me telling me that what I was saying wasn’t true. (She didn’t even bother to look at the pizza I brought back up there) She was completely rude and no apology. At the end after 15 mins of back and forth she said she would give a refund. I would not recommend going here at all and I’ve even considered legal action.

I placed an order for a Lg Lasagna and Lg Salad on DoorDash for pickup. You were supposed to receive a text when the food was ready and I never did, so I just went to the Pickup window at my estimated time. My food wasn’t ready, so I waited like an extra 15-20 minutes for my order. I got home to realize I didn’t get my Lg salad, instead I got a small and it was very skimpy on tomatoes and cucumbers. The Lasagna was so drenched in oil, it wasn’t even appetizing. On top of that, the meat sauce tasted burnt, like it was from the bottom of the pan. I called to speak to a manager and it took about 20-30 minutes to actually speak to someone. I asked for the manager and never got them on the phone, I was constantly detoured from the employee to speak to the manager. I told the employee what had done happened with the salad, she had extreme difficulty finding my order, had me on the phone for literally 23 minutes to resolve my issue. This has been the second location I have been to and you either don’t get the right food, food is missing, food is not of decent quality, or it’s just not overall appetizing. From service to food quality, I highly do not recommend any of their restaurants

I had to order at the window, no problem. I was told I would receive a text when ready. I ordered a small 2 toppings pizza with 10 piece wing combo. I sat in my car waiting for the text for 45 minutes that I had never received. I just went back up to the window and asked about my order that had been just sitting on top of the oven. The employee handed it to me, I asked if they forgot to text me because I watched other people place orders and pick up 10 mins later. He said no without ever acknowledging their disservice. On top of that, my I reached home just for my pizza to be missing a topping.

Yea the food is good but the service is trash. Please save yourself some time and don’t order through ChowNow. I placed an order for wings and a pizza at 6:33pm with a pickup time of 6:55 according to the online receipt.. With the price going up you would think they would carry themselves better. It is now 7:27pm and still no food. This place use to be the go to spot. They bout bad as Fletchers now.

A few years ago the service was alright, It’s like ever since the pandemic happened almost three years ago from now the service plus at times the food has been bad, Orders not being done on time where we have to wait an hour, 30 minutes later or The order was never started on when it was placed.

I ordered the a small veggie pizza and I got the 6 piece garlic parmesan (crispy and wet) wing combo with fries for my daughter. The wings were not wet. The fires were tho. The taste of the pizza reminded me of pizza hut which I’m not a fan of. Whenever I went to pick up a slice the toppings separated from the crust. I had to hole it like a taco not a slice of pizza. The prices aren’t bad at all. I will visit again maybe I’ll try something with less toppings.

Wish I could give them negative stars. Let’s starts with the wait time. I ordered a large pizza, 15 wings, and a kids spaghetti. Welp, I waited an hour for that. There was only one person ahead of me when I ordered. My daughter LOVES spaghetti. She barely touched theirs. The pasta was too soft and the sauce tasted like it was fresh out of the can. The pizza was okay as usual, but the wings were left cooking way too long. When the MEAT is crunchy it’s been cooked too long. So essentially, I paid $30.00 for a pizza because the rest was inedible. Oh, and they have a NO REFUND policy, either you wait and hour for your food or you get nothing. Will never return to this location. Horrible H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E experience. Next time I’ll cook or go to McDonalds.

The food was good, I didn’t like the fact you are not able to view inside the restaurant. You place and received your order from a window, without viewing inside the restaurant, you can’t see how the food is prepared or if the employees are dressed properly. I do not recommend this restaurant.

This was a first visit and glad I checked it out. The pizza ingredients were great and the lemon pepper wings made my mouth pucker. They were just right. Definitely will visit again when in town.

I ordered a 6 in. philly that came out to $7.99 for the sandwich by it self plus an extra $1.50 for bell peppers and onions which is suppose to come on the sandwich, then add tax. My complaint isn’t the price but the size of the philly for this price. The bun was literally the same size as a hot dog bun. I was working from home so my sister went to pick it up for me because I couldn’t leave. I called the restaurant more than 2 times and could not get anyone to answer. I’ve visited the location on Flat shoals Pkwy. and this location many times and never have I ever been given this bread, this small and if I had, I would’ve never returned. Never again will I spend $11 for something like this.
