I was on the road at lunch time and stopped in. I love local independent places and David’s was great. A lot of reasonably priced choices so I hope I have a chance to go back. I had the steak bomb sandwich which was really good. I didn’t have to wait but I bet it gets busy.

Service was fast and staff was friendly enough. Food was average. The cheese dog had what tasted like the cheep processed cheese that comes in plastic wrap and wasn’t melted. It wasn’t what I was expecting for $4.50ish.

I was excited when I heard good icecream and good food I had to check it out. It was at a glance a nice layout from the outside with nice signs out together for the menu. But when I ordered my food and icecream it soon went down hill. Icecream sundae was made with different toppings that I asked, the icecream was so so as not many options. Boasts homemade but it’s not from them as this can’t be made on premises. A total let down, food was a ripoff, and the inside accommodations was weirdly put together. I wish I got my money back for all the bad food and icecream. Never going back, and I want curse off the person that mentioned this for me to go to.

Decent place to stop if you’re passing through the area, average food. Whatever you do DONT use the diced onions on your burger… there was no utensils for the SLICED onions so I used the diced onions instead. When we were finished putting the diced onions on our burgers, an employee came over and says “we don’t use diced onions for the burgers, they’re for hotdogs only”. Maybe they should make sure there’s utensils for the sliced onions or label the diced onions “HOTDOG ONLY”. Very rude to be telling customers how to use the toppings that are out for everyone to use. Definitely tainted our experience.
