Wonderful family owned diner. Great food, and friendly wait staff. Left my family with full stomachs and smiles on our faces. They have been in business for a long time for good reason. I recommend, if you are in Winnfield, to definitely check out David’s Proburger.

Mr. David knows you by name when you come in and is always ready to serve his customers. The food is awesome and I personally recommend the fish plate. The staff is friendly and there is art and old time memorabilia set up to view while you wait!

Found this little gem on my way through Winnfield and am absolutely delighted that I turned around to try it. This was not just a burger, it was an experience. The burger patty was perfectly cooked and juicy. Forget fast food frozen burger patties, these patties are generously thick and made with ground chuck (in my humble opinion, that’s how a burger should be made). There were no “dead spots” where you have less bacon (or your favorite burger topping) than other bites. Each bite is just as satisfying as the last. The price is great as well. I definitely recommend stopping by if you find yourself in the Winnfield area. I will most certainly be returning.

Without a doubt best breakfast near Winnfield. Worth the five minutes down 84 towards Jena. Breakfast is a farmers breakfast plenty of hot food. Their fried baby catfish for lunch is the best in the south. Stop here. You will thank me.
