Sooo… we walked in were seated by a lovely hostess. We looked at the menu and were honestly astonished by the options and not in a good way . We literally just drank the drinks we were given and tried the bread that was straight out of a damn wonder bread loaf . In total for the five drinks and the (5) pieces of bread was $20 !!!!we ended up leaving to Texas Roadhouse and ate like kings for more reasonable meals. I’m just saying if you’re you’re going to spend this amount of money on the food .. you’re better off going to Texas Roadhouse ,Olive Garden , red lobster or whatever and receiving better options and more deals !!!!

Daybreakers 2 always has some pretty good specials and tons of variety. On this visit, I got the pork ribs and a baked potato.

My wife and I were seated, waited for 15 – 20 minutes and then left because no one ever came to our table. The restaurant was not crowded, there were 3 parties including ourselves. We were seated at the second booth from the entrance, not exactly hidden. The entire time we were seated one waitress was sitting in the waiting area next to the hostess station with her face in her cell phone, another was at the end of the bar drinking from a coffee cup. The hostess who seated us didn’t bother to tell anyone we were there, the waitress with the cell phone never looked up, the other was busy talking to customers and perhaps the bartender although she did make eye contact with me or my wife a couple of times. Never again. Obviously I had to indicate an amount of money that was never spent and a dish that was never eaten, such is the way of this review software.

I had heard a few good reviews about this place, but overall it was just okay. We split a Belgian waffle and the chicken fried steak. The waffle was awesome! It was super fluffy and soft, whereas the fried steak was not good. The meat almost had a gamey flavor (wild caught) and lots of gristle.

Food was great, fast service. Dustin our waiter was nice and kept our drinks full. Great costumer service from all the employees which rare to see. I enjoyed and would return.

Absolutely loved the service. Very attentive and the food is served in bigger portions than you would buy like at Denny’s or IHOP. Definitely my new favorite breakfast place

The smoked brisket and eggs was great. The brisket was tender and delicious. When I think of Daybreakers I think of perfectly cooked omelets. The eggs are never over or under cooked. The house made coffee cake is a perfect ending. This is the first time I’ve been to the new location and the food quality is everything expected from the original on Fortuna.

A variety of lunch specials make dining here more affordable than most places. A small filet mignon with 2 sides for $15 is quite a bargain.
