I ordered the Bantu and the zuchinni bolani. They are delicious!…There is one cook and the manager did not have servers so he was moving about, doing the job with a kind demeanor and a smile while appologizing for not having enough staff, but I did not mind.This is a small, casual, family friendly place. It is clean and comfortable. I will return to try more dishes, but I’ll stay away from the kebabs since every middle eastern restaurant makes them and I am keen on discovering more Afghan flavors.

Good place to get some food and hang out. I had the lamb with the rice and carrots – lamb was nice and tender, very flavorful. Portions are huge by the way. My buddy’s had the combo plate.

The mantu was excellent, a great beef filling. The palau was also very well done and a healthy portion. We were a family of 12 and treated so well and graciously, we will be coming back!!

I would give 2 stars here! Food is mediocre for quality and quantity for the price! Service is slow. Be careful to not miss taking your credit card. The restaurant servers always forget to give the credit card back after charging. I will go to Silk Road restaurant for similar type of food.

This was my first experience trying Afghani food, that being said I had a wonderful time eating delicious bolani and traditional icecream. Staff was extremely courteous and pleasant! I will definitely return in the future.

Bodinjon borani here is the second best eggplant dish I have ever had in my life. The first is made by my grandmother. Qabili Pallow and chicken kabob were also very tasty. The host is very kind. Go try really good food for a really reasonable price.
