Great little place hidden away in the Gold Canyon strip mall. The food was great and the service was top-notch. We each had the taco/tostada/enchilada combo, and both the shredded chicken and shredded beef tacos were really fresh and delicious. It’s definitely worth stopping by if you’re ever in Gold Canyon. My wife said the margaritas are some of the best she’s had.

First time dining here, I gave it four stars cause the fajitas were over seasoned but the the rice and beans were amazing. Loved the chips and salsa, hot and fresh. My husband got the taco, enchilada, tostado combo and he enjoyed his meal. I tasted the beef taco and the beef was flavorful and juicy. We will be going back, so many choices to choose from!!!

Quick road trip to Superior. Because of the rain we couldn’t enjoy the botanical garden as planned so we went exploring. The food was yummy but my husband said “it was busting” at this restaurant. The chimi was like a barbacoba flavor and the chicken chille relleno had so much flavor. We will go back another time.

We were there for lunch and their all-day menu includes pretty large quantities (for us, at least!) but sharing is fine with no add-on charges. Food was great tasting, hot and quick to be served. Service was quick and friendly, and we ate out on the patio, also.

Got seated at 5:50 pm. Server brought chips and water. Came back and took our order at 6. Never came back to fill water’s. Never came to apologize for the wait. 45 minutes passed he came with my daughters food only. Then a couple minutes passed and tried to bring a nachos plate to me which I didn’t order. He took it back. 5 minutes later he drops off my wife’s food and turns and goes even though my wife tried to get his attention for more water. 15 minutes from the time my daughter received her food I got ahold of the hostess and told her I wanted to talk to the manager. While waiting for her, the server tries to bring my food. I refused it. My daughter is done eating why would I want it at this point? One hour and 10 minutes of sitting there. Mgr apologized and tore up the check which they should have but my problem is the total lack of attentiveness shown by all the staff except for one who actually got water for my wife when he saw she was trying to get our servers attention for some. I rarely get upset because I understand staffing shortages, but there were plenty of staff on and there are only what, 12 tables inside which were all full but only two tables were occupied outside. I was told this place had good food. I guess I will never find out as I will never come back. P.S. our server needed some serious training.

This has very good food. Margaritas were great. The outdoor seating is nice, especially by the fire at night. Service is a bit slow but it is a very bust place but worth the wait. The servers were attentive and friendly. We will go back again. So far the best Mexican food we have had in the Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon area.

Hungry after Renaissance Festival and a Google search brought us here. What a great find! Chips and salsa were great, margaritas were great, and the food was great with nice sized portions. Sat out on the patio and it was beautiful… Definitely will be going back.
