My first experience at De Vega Brothers was delightful. It was a very fine dinner. When I was seated, I received garlic bread at the center of the table and iced water garnished with a slice of lemon and cucumber. I ordered a delicious bruschetta that was full of fresh flavors. The bruschetta has toasted bread with diced tomatoes, onions, mangos, minced parsley, and shredded cheese. I ordered an ‘a la carte’ with a choice of Ravioli, Alfredo sauce, and Chicken. Although the pasta was such a large portion, I was able to take the pasta to go and still enjoy it at home. I love the idea of choosing my own pasta noodles and preferred sauce. A La Carte would be the perfect pasta menu for anyone who likes to build their own plate.

Heard great things here came for dinner and it was ok, the asparagus were great, very tasty, my husband had spaghetti and I ordered the steak. Was ok, tasted charred little to over cooked with the vegetables. The spaghetti was alright, not the best. Service was good, very nice in there. Food could have been better.

Do the people that are giving this a four star rating never get out of Stockton? This place was horrible! This is not Italian food. Everything tasted like it had soy sauce in it. Olive Garden is more Italian than this place. It also had a funny smell to the place when we walked in. I would not recommend. I’ve never seen spaghetti sauce the color of some thing dark brown. It’s typically bright red. I don’t know what they add to their sauce but it’s not Italian. I would not recommend. The only thing that was great there was the friendly waitress that helped us.

Friendly service but just average food. Chicken Marsala had cream in it and the pasta was over cooked with very reduced tomato sauce. They said the Italian dressing was homemade but it was slimy like good seasons packaged dressing. NOT GOOD.

The service was great & the french bread was tasty with butter & garlic. I ordered the Del Mar & my husband ordered the prawns. We both got big healthy portions & the food was delicious

My first time trying Da Vega brothers because I heard great things. I ordered a chicken pasta with minestrone soup. The soup was a bit sour for my taste, but the pasta was pretty good. I was a bit disappointed by the presentation of the bread. It was very hard, and I’m pretty sure they gave me what was left over. Probably wouldn’t go out of my way to come eat here again unless invited to. Staff was friendly.

Went there for a catered funeral reception. The food was so, so, so tasty and the garlic bread too, just yummy. The ravioli’s were excellent and we had some kind of the tastiest marinated meat, and some really good seasoned chicken.

Love the food! Chicken pasta is bomb. Rib eye, prime rib, mashed potatoes have always been great. I’ve eaten there probably a dozen times. Always professional, they have a piano and a guy who plays on Friday’s and Saturday’s I believe. If you want to talk during your meal sit in the back. It’s too loud for my liking. But it is what it is. Still a great place imho!

De Vega’s is one of our favorite places, especially for happy hour. Today we took our graduate out for lunch about 11:30. Although outside dining in the shade listening to the water feature was tempting, we sat inside for the wonderful AC. Excellent food and service. I had the burger with sautéed onions, mushrooms and bell pepper with a side salad. My son had the French dip on croissant with fries and got a cup of chowder. Loved all of it. I had a margarita on the rocks no salt. Drinks are powerful here! Love it! Raul is usually our server and never disappoints. Always provides excellent service.
