Ordered the ribs. Brisket, pulled pork sandwich, loaded potatoes and greens with bacon. It was for my husband’s birthday meal ordered it to go, so we didn’t have to go out as he works long hours and finally he just wanted to relax at home. It all looked amazing and from the way he inhaled the sandwich Mo said how good it was I’m pleased. Good sized servings even though it was for to go. They were friendly and it was a great experience. I’m allergic to just about everything so going out to eat and watching others eat isn’t really fun for them or me. So being able to order good meals to go Is awesome. Adding them to our list!

What a great little place. Didn’t order an alcoholic drink but they have a full bar. We were greeted upon entering. The sign instructed us to seat ourselves. The waiter came over as we got settled, dropped menus and silverware, informed us of the specials on the wall and left. Came back a couple minutes later and took our drink and food order. Length of the wait for our food seemed appropriate. I had the Pulled Pork and Parmesan Mac n cheese. The cheese was creamy and shredded Parmesan was sprinkled over top. The pulled pork was moist and juicy and the sauce was on the sweeter side but was tasted excellent with the Parmesan cheese. My husband had the burnt ends with french fries. The ends were smoky, tender and with just the right marbleization. They were covered in caramelized sauce with a hint of brown sugar sweetness. When requesting ketchup, my husband was handed a bottle of house made ketchup. Their thick ketchup was delicious and blended well with their perfectly cooked skinny cut fries. He said he probably should have asked for a cup of it to go. Waiter was great. Answered our questions, explained how they get some of their tastes. Noticed we seemed chilled so he adjusted the air conditioner above our heads. Blues/folk music played and was at a good volume level. We stumbled across Dean’s on our way home to Wisconsin. We will definitely be adding Dean’s to our regular stops on our way through next time! Until then Thanks Dean’s it was a great meal, see ya next time!

Was working our route for the day with my brother and was told by a customer where a great place for lunch was close by… Luckily we never found the place he directed us to and ended up finding Deans and we were very glad we did …we both had the Brisket plates which was some of the best BBQ I have ever had.Great food , great service with a nice atmosphere. Definitely will be a return visitor next time we are working on the Granger area .

Our usual BBQ in Elkhart wasn’t accepting carry out orders so we ordered Deans Barbecue. We were not disappointed! The bourbon glazed sweet potatoes were divine! Pulled pork & spinach & kale were excellent!

Was so excited to hear of a new barbecue place coming to the area. Tried Dean’s for the first time this evening for carry out.We ordered the pulled pork sandwich, and brisket sandwich both of which were incredibly dry and tough. The fries were extremely cold and the macaroni and cheese very bland. The wings were just okay. We threw away 85% of the food. Very disappointing experience.

Went to beef o Bradys next door and there was a 20 minute wait. We decided to come here instead. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. We sat down immediately, ordered some cocktails (they aren’t stingy with the alcohol here), then ordered the smoked wings. 10/10 INCREDIBLE
