Me and my wife got food at here a few weeks ago, we ordered at the window, the girl who took our order was very unpleasant to say the least, it took almost 30 minutes to get our food, and when we finally got our food she didn’t even apologize for our wait. Me and my wife are fair and decided to give them a second chance so we went here this evening. We got there at 8:35 pm and we realize that they close at 9:00 pm but we thought that was enough time to get some food but apparently not. We went inside sat down and the a waitress came to our table and once again we were greeted with unpleasantness. My wife ordered a burger but she said she’d have to see if the cook could still make it. The waitress came back and said they couldn’t because it would take 40 minutes to make the burger. I worked in a restaurant for 3 years and it does not take 40 minutes to make a burger. This was obviously a blatant refusal to take our order because it was close to their closing time. If that’s the case then close at 8:30 pm instead of 8:30 pm or put up a sign that says “No Orders taken after 9:00 pm”. This place is ridiculous, it should be closed, fire the entire staff, hire a new staff, and start over with that new team.

Soggy bun. No seasoning on anything. Soggy onion rings. I ended up throwing everything away. Waste of money. Better off going ANYWHERE else. I went there starving and left HANGRY due to how bad the food was.

We got in the drive-thru line around 8 pm. We sat in line more than 30 minutes. Finally pulled up to the window to order. Sat at the window, with the young lady even looking at us several times on the direct other side of the window, for another almost 10 minutes. Then she finally opens the window at 8:52 pm to tell us they’ve chosen to not take any food orders, just ice cream orders. What?!? And the girl at the window can’t understand why we’re not happy that we’ve been waiting in line 40+ minutes to order food. So now we’re hungry and upset. And my husband is even more upset than me, if you can believe that. As much as he works in the restaurant business he’s usually pretty understanding of situations that occur. However, this one was avoidable and uncalled for. We even saw one teenager run out to the walk-in units multiple times past all of our waiting cars. Couldn’t someone have sent him out to all the cars in the line (2 more behind us) to tell us this so we wouldn’t be wasting our time? Ridiculous.

Went today with my 3 kids and was charged 40.00. Three of us asked for Dr Pepper and they were out so we went with the sweet tea with a side of diabetes. My daughter and I ordered a hot dog and tater tots. The hot dogs were literally solid black because of being overcooked and the tater tots were so burnt you could barely chew them. One of my sons ordered the CHICKEN philly and was brought a regular philly and his chilie cheeses tots were just covered in 2 pieces of sliced cheese and his tater tots were incredibly burnt as well. My other son ordered a hamburger and they forgot to make it so he had to wait for about 5 additional minutes after the rest of us got food. They brought out a patty that looked like a piece of asphalt along with another side of incredibly burnt tater tot’s. Not to mention the air was on so low I had to go to the car to get a coat because my kids were freezing. The waitress never offered us refills or came to check on us after she brought out the food. This place used to be really really good but the past few times have been a total let down. I won’t be returning.

Foods be ok service on the other hand last night went there drive through waited near 20 minutes staff was sitting around cutting up 5 people should be working was frist at the window yet car behind me gets there order and im still waiting 5 more minutes if yo are already waiting you should be first the next person in line should be next this has happened several times now the crew should be working together not sitting around getting paid to hang out I have worked in the food industry when you have down time clean or go home save some cash and pass it on in savings

I ordered cheese sticks and luckily I opened them up before we left and they had no cheese in them. They have awful service, the food was expensive, the portions were small, and the people working was not friendly at all!! The girl running the register and answering phone calls was very rude. When I told them there was no cheese in my cheese sticks.. they acted mad because they had to make me new cheese sticks. Never will I go back again!!!

Waited over an hour for my food to be ready all the food is stone cold taste like it straight out of the freezer and not one of the staff member was wearing gloves while handing or cooking the food. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We stopped in for ice cream. The ice cream was good. They are doing table service now, and they seem to be struggling with that. We never got our drinks. They seemed under staffed to have table service, drive thru, walk up and take out.
