Greatest new concept to make sushi from a machine. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. But, most of all the sushi is actually delicious. My favorite has to be the bulgogi debu it’s a must try and definitely get it heated up

New place serving inari sushi with toppings, as you might have seen in places like Don Quijote or Fresh Bites. While the service and cleanliness are excellent as the location just opened, I found the food just decent. I find it somewhat difficult not to compare it to ordering an ahi poke bowl, and I wasn’t amazed by the taste in comparison. I liked the tako one out of the ones I tried (my preference for the onion/wasabi flavor), and didn’t care too much for the shrimp and chicken ones. The rolls looked very nice and fat, so I’d try those next time.

Very clean and organized for soft opening. Salmon debu roll was fresh and included a aioli sauce. I tried a 10 piece to share all of the yubu were made with fresh ingredients.
