Most of our ingredients are certified organic and we source from local farmers to promote sustainability. We want to showcase how fertile the Southern Oregon valley is and the amazing bounty available from local farmers.

We’re excited to share our wine and food knowledge with Southern Oregon. We want to educate anyone willing to learn on wines of the world as well as how they compare to local wines. We will strive to constantly create new menu items and wine pairings.

This is a true hidden culinary gem! You are taken on a five-star experience from the moment you call or walk-in for the first time to when the service staff drops off your check. If you think you have tried all the valley has to offer, think again! My husband and I called on a whim while we were looking for anything open on a Monday. It happened to me our 15 year wedding anniversary and by luck , we found a table for two at Decant. Everything was delicious and exceptional—the carrot soup exceeded my expectations. And the space is posh, clean and with high end aesthetics but not stuffy. Come in for yourself!

We enjoyed a spectacular meal last night at Decant after receiving a strong recommendation from Edenvale Winery. We had the day boat scallop appetizer, which was perfectly prepared. I had the pan seared salmon entree and my husband had the teres major. Both dishes were incredible. The flavors were delicious and everything was cooked to perfection. For dessert, we shared the pistachio semi freddo, with a sort of sabayon, fennel and strawberries. Great flavors, unique dish.

Fantastic high end dining in Medford. We sat outside on a warm summer’s evening and It was perfect. There was some light jazz playing and it really fit the atmosphere. The food was spectacular and worth every penny. I ordered the Wagyu beef tenderloin and it literally melted in my mouth. Wine selection was great and they also made a very tasty Old Fashioned. Service was lovely, very friendly and attentive. We couldn’t ask for more. I cannot recommend this place enough. Do yourself a favor and take someone you love.

Wonderful fine dining experience. Extremely well-cultivated menu with wonderful accents and beautifully plated. The grilled octopus was the best I’ve ever had and duck breast was decadent. My family and I also had the halibut (flaky and tender), bucatini (rich but light sauce with perfectly roasted vegetables), panzanella salad with heirloom tomatoes and burrata. We saved room for the coffee bar and peaches & cream dessert. The peaches were one of the best desserts I’ve ever had!

This restaurant is AMAZING. The staff are respectful, friendly, personable. The chef always accommodates dietary needs if you call ahead 48 hours. I’ve even had incredible pleasure with impromptu vegan meals.

Hands down, an excellent dining experience in Medford. I loved it so much, I don’t know where to begin. The quaint house turned restaurant was so charming, inside and out. The patio is decked with lots of lights, plants, and everything cozy. But the food…Absolutely Devine!! I loved every single bite, in fact I cherished them. It was such a delectable experience that I wanted to go back again the next day. I wish I lived closer, I’d be an absolute regular here. Don’t miss this place!!!

Fantastic! The butter leaf salad was wonderful, well-composed. The salmon was spectacular and the presentation was top-notch! The chocolate tarte was beautifully composed and equally delicious! I’m very impressed! The service was very friendly and attentive! What a delight!

This was my second visit to Decant and once again I was very impressed! The staff is attentive, knowledgeable about the menu items and make you feel welcomed. The food is fresh, creative and absolutely delicious! I had the octopus salad and salmon and my husband had the pork belly appetizer and wagyu beef. We split the blueberry basque cheesecake for dessert which was an experience unto itself!! Every bite of food was very tasty and the portions were just right. I will definitely be going back again!!
