We ordered to-go order for Panner tikka masala for our family who strictly does not have meat since we are on lent and found out small chicken pieces in the panner tikka masala. This is Disgusting and unacceptable. If vegetarians are being given panner by adding them to chicken curry then what’s the point of coming to this place. Never recommend this place. The chicken pieces were very small bits and all over the tikka masala. Such a disappointment after coming to this place for soo long and trusting their service. I couldn’t believe this is how we were being served. Never trust this place for any vegetarian orders, since we just knew how they treat that food and how its being made.

Ordered a Tandoori Chicken Biryani from here. The rice is flavorful, but couldn’t find the smoky flavor in Chicken. The food portion is a bit low compared to the price. The biggest complaint is: they have just a few options on their menu which won’t make the meal feel complete nor could manage to make everyone feel content if you go as a group. Not the best place to go with people of different tastes.

Hyderabad Dum Biryani is want I personally liked at this place. Hyd Dum Biryani which I got more than 5 times and I’m satisfied all the times. But I was deeply disappointed by their chicken mandi. Full mandi priced at $24.99 and said to serve for two. The mandi rice is too oily, in sufficient rice for two, rubber like chicken breast. There is no option to order extra mandi just in case. A very average ambiance and below average service.

Their quality has been constantly going down since the day one of my first order. At first it was honestly not that bad. But eventually they threw quality out of the park. Sometimes there’s blood in the chicken and sometimes they mix regular rubbery chicken with bone in a boneless chicken 65 biryani order. People order BONELESS for a reason. Most of the time they don’t include chutney with the biryani. The craziest part for me is, 9 out of 10 times, their chicken 65 biryani order is only mixed with plain rice and chicken 65 itself and they call it a day. It don’t look like biryani nor does it taste like one. One of the most horrible experience is when they increased price of a drink right in-front of my eyes and told me price went up when literally the day before I paid the regular price. Her eyes was speaking to me, showing me how greedy for money she was. Terrible x3.

The food was excellent! We ordered their chicken dum biryani, only one place in the whole DFW area that will serve you the most authentic Hyderabadi dum biryani. I would tell the taste of chicken dum biryani is like the same shah-Ghouse in Hyderabad. I just remember that place for every bite of food would try this place again.
