Stopped in at the last minute the other day. Not much of an entrance/waiting area. But the staff was extremely cordial and polite. The employee behind the register asked me a few questions about my car, and when I ordered wings, he suggested a switch to the sweet chili flavor. I obliged, and after eating a few in the car on the way home, I was glad I did. I didn’t order ahead since it was a last-minute decision and told them I was going to sit in my car for a bit until food was ready. They graciously brought it out to me ahead of their estimated time. So far, I think Deeks can hang with any pizza spot I’ve eaten at in Fargo when you’re considering a specialty pie. I would suggest the chicken bacon ranch, which is very tasty.

I called the closest location to my location, was told it “is out of their jurisdiction” then was transferred to the furthest location, then got hung up on. I called the last location and ordered the 3 topping special and the Mozzarella sticks with 2 sides of ranch. I got the pizza eventually, and ended up getting cheese stuffed bread sticks which aren’t even on the menu on the website and zero sauce…. I am baffled.. and not trying to complain…. but wouldn’t recommend…. update since David@Deeks replied. I never did receive an email back from him, but they did send me a $5 gift card to pay for the ranch on my next order I guess?

I order deeks when I want fast and decent tasting pizza. However I order my food at 7:18 tonight and the website said delivery would be between 7:48 and 8:08. At 8:41 I called to get an updated delivery time and was informed by a gentleman that they were extremely busy and short drivers, he said my order would be delivered with 15 minutes. At 9:02 I called again and a young lady answered the phone and was completely disrespectful saying I would get my order when I get it, when I asked for another updated time she threatened to cancel my order. I asked to speak with the manager and she hung up on me. 5 minutes later my food arrived. I ordered an XXL Supreme, a large order of boneless wings and an order of cheese sticks. All the food arrived cold, the pizza definitely wasn’t an XXL, the wings had little to no sauce. I’ve never had a worse experience with deeks.

We ordered the XXL 3topping pizza with bread sticks and a 2 liter of mountain dew. The deal is $23. The website gives the option of full pie or half-and-half. I selected half-and-half and on the left side selected pepperoni and blacks olives. The right side selection would not allow me to add the pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and green peppers that we wanted. So I added those selections and description in the comments section since the website wouldn’t allow for the full half-and-half request. We received a pizza with pepperoni and black olives on 1/2 and the other half had only cheese. I called and spoke to an employee and he told me that we would have had to pay extra for the additional toppings. First of all, we were not requesting extra toppings. Secondly, we only received 2 toppings on half of the pizza. I was told since we didn’t pay extra we didn’t receive the toppings. I asked him if we were going to argue about what a half and half pizza was or if he was going to help me and he decision was to tell me to have a good night and hung up the phone! There are plenty of choices for pizza in Fargo. Being treated poorly and not receiving what we ordered with no willingness to write the situation is unacceptable. I guess repeat business is not what Deeks is selling. Very, very disappointed!!!

I ordered pizza from here several times. Unsatisfied most of the time. Cold delivered pizza. When I ordered the lady taking orders was so unprofessional, unorganized and not knowing what she was doing. She never asked my address. I tried ordering online but yet again I couldn’t do it. I’m so techie inept. I called again to see if they got my address. She put me on hold or not even on hold. She put the phone down n could her asking questions like she had no idea what she was doing. I was on the phone for 5 mins waiting. The 1st time. I tried ordering online. It didn’t work. 2 hours later. I called and there was no order. I finally got my order at 10pm n I work super early in the morning. I was falling asleep waiting for the pizza. I’m just so disappointed

Disappointed, seen the pizza maker flattening out the dough getting ready to add the ingredients with his unwashed bare hands, then got my pizza, found a few black hairs on it. Hopefully I won’t get sick. Worst pizza in the area. Cinnamon sugar donuts were dry, burnt on one side.

There is nk dining in or indoor/outdoor seating. Staff was very kind and helpful. They we’re extremely efficient with their time management. Overall, the pizza was amazinf along with the cheesy garlic toast and the boneless wings were top notch. Sweet chili sauce all the way for wings and the Supreme (minus the black olives )

Unless you don’t want your order to arrive don’t order here. I placed an order at 1am and the delivery time was suppose to be 2:24-2:34am which is fine. I called the store after about 20 minutes and the cashier said the order was on the way. Another 20 minutes went by and I called again and he said the order was just leaving. It’s now 3:30 and I never received my order.

Ordered 2 pizzas with a coupon that they sent out to us last month. When I called back to question the price the the driver quoted, I was told they weren’t able to honor the coupon – he told me “I’d be fired if I honored it”. I questioned him on that, too.
