My family and I went in this last Friday, as we were really craving Thai food. The owner was extremely friendly, and even brought us over a free appetizer (Fried Carrots with sweet and sour sauce, delicious!)

I love this little place. One woman does it all. It may take a little longer for the food but its all made fresh and to order. The pad thai, the fried rice and the curry puffs are great. I have also become addicted to the Thai Bubble Iced tea.

Ordered two dinners and a soup to pick up and what very pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness and very high quality. I specifically liked that my yellow curry was not as sweet and had a lot more bamboo shots relative to other places.

We had eaten at Dee’s twice. Once dining in for lunch, and one other time for take-out. The food was delicious, some of the best Masaman Curry I’ve ever had. My folks were up from Florida and we decided to get some Thai food for lunch.

Awful!!!! Avoide!!!! I ordered 2 pad Thais and got there and she said she was only able to make half of each portion…. shouldve walked out. The pad Thai looked like it was saved from lunch and reused. It was hard And and almost solid. Tasteless. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a freaking dead animal in it. disgusting and old. Go to Thai stories in new haven that place gives good portions for a lot less and it tastes amazing!! If I could post a photo I would but it doesn’t allow me to. Please heathe my warning!!!

First time trying Dee’s Kitchen- Really enjoyed our take out order. Delicious Red Curry and Tom Kah soup. Will definitely eat there again. They have good vegetarian options as well.

I believe they have changed ownership since the old days of Stockbridge’s being there. Went for breakfast because a family member went for lunch and had an amazing panini. First things first, the portions are huge. The omelet was gigantic and perfectly cooked and the hash browns were also really tasty. The service was excellent and attentive and this restaurant is a perfect addition to downtown Shelton.. Give it a shot!
