It’s been awhile since I’ve come this way. Last time was here you could super-size a sandwich for a nominal fee and get a little more meat. And you could ask for lean. Potato salads still good & service is friendly.

Deets BBQ in Maumee Ohio food is so fire!! My first day of my nursing program, I tried the smoked sausage with coleslaw and immediately fell in love! I saw it only fitting to make my last journey to Maumee Ohio to include Deets one more time!! If you want some good (and I mean GOOD) BBQ come down to Deets BBQ!

$30 for that one personal platter and a pathetic side of mac and cheese. I am a firm believer in supporting local but not when they are robbing people blind, The quality of food at this once good establishment has gone down tremendously. I do not recommend any longer, I would rather eat the cheap BBQ at Cedar Point Amusement Park. Poor quality side dishes, the meats were insanely dry

I asked for their special on there muffins was told a dozen for $11. I got them and no butter. I asked for butter and was told that they don’t come with butter because they are a special. I ordered 3 with 2 extra with my meal and got 3 butters. They then tried to upsale me a tub of butter. The one little muffin was $1.99. I probably wouldn’t complain but the gentleman that was assisting me was acting like. A jackass.

Friendly service. First time here. Really good ham sandwich. Mac and cheese and green beans were pretty good. Inedible, cold chicken sandwich. Yuck!! Baked beans had no flavor. I would never suggest going there.

Almost everything was perfect the green beans were seasoned good & they were tender not mushy,the smoked sausage was really good so was the chopped brisket.The mac & cheese was creamy & flavorful as well, the only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is the ribs they actually did have a good taste but they were over cooked which made the meat dry, with that being said I’d still give DEET’S BBQ another visit in the future.

Refuse to sell me two slabs of ribs didn’t even want me to wait to make them while still serving people ribs think the guy or old big guy was being racist this not my first time being here and don’t come in rude in just ready to spend $$$ on some ribs and he refuse to sell me ribs you can’t be a BBQ place and refuse people orders that’s bad business I probably make better ribs than he do on any given day
