We ordered a pepperoni pizza, the pizza did not come with any pepperoni. We added bacon to one side of it. We called back to tell them they did our order wrong, and the guy who won’t give us his name, says he’s the manager said he made it himself and called me a liar. Argued with us on the phone and we just wanted them to give us another pizza on another day. We did not want to drive all the way back today. He called us liars and said that 9/10 times people call just to get something free. I even offered to send him a photo. He continued to argue with us and say rude comments to us on the phone even after we said we were done arguing. WORST experience I’ve ever had at a pizza place. The pizza wasn’t even cut, it ripped into other pieces as you took one. I’m super upset, and could not believe someone wouldn’t train him properly. He said he was the general manager but wouldn’t give me his name

I specifically tell them I would like my pizza ordered. I did ask him to put the toppings on top and the cheese on the bottom and of course when it came Toppings were under the cheese we call them. They brought us out another one said we. Had only 2 options get 20% off or get the pizza made right. We chose to have them make it right, I don’t like soggy toppings under the cheese. Second pizza they put a bunch of peppercini’s on top which I don’t like. I don’t understand why it is not so simple as to read a order and make the pizza according to the way customers like it. We’ll NOT be ORDERING FROM YOU ANYMORE. Now I remember why we stopped! I’m going in to talk to a manager for a full refund. We have both pizzas and I will never order from them again.
