The lunch fajita quesadilla is massive and has all the flavors. Seared and seasoned. Guac salad is fresh and not runny! The beef taco easily passed the test. Even the chips were hot and fresh (which is notable when it seems like some places bring you yesterday’s). The red and white are awesome. If you’ve eaten Mexican throughout VB / Norfolk / Chesapeake you know when a place’s food stands out and what you’re looking for. I’ll def be back to try the Birria!!

Great meal! This time had the Enchiladas Supremas. 4 different types – Chicken, Beef, Cheese, and Bean. Flavor was all there, and the plate came out nice and hot. The mamita/senora who clearly runs the show is so nice. I’ll see you again, soon!

My very favorite Mexican restaurant! Everything is always delicious. We usually get chicken enchiladas, tacos, and a burrito and it’s by far the best in town. (Their salsa is pretty killer too!) The staff here is very kind and the food is always super fresh.

Excellent service. Excellent food. People were very friendly. We didn’t have to wait long for our food. Everything was delicious. We took advantage of happy hour for drinks. We will be returning. This is a mom and pop place and that’s what we like. Support our local community.

The service is hit or miss depending on when you are in. Drinks are really good when they give you the right one. Food is usually great, but this last time, I ordered shrimp tacos, and the shrimp weren’t clean. 1 was under cooked. I had asked for a side of sour cream. After asking 3 times and waiting 45 minutes for it, they brought me an entire bowl of sour cream and had the nerve to charge me 1.99 for it. I used maybe a tablespoon in total for all the tacos. This day, I ordered a frozen sangria and was brought a sangria/margarita mix. Service was pretty slow this day. Took us 2.5 hours while eating in to get orders and asks. I was really disappointed with this visit and will be taking a break.

This is now my favorite new Mexican restaurant. The food is delicious and the portions are so big that most plates are sharable. My children are super picky eaters but so far they love the food so much they have ordered different dishes each of the 4 times we have gone. This will more than likely be my family’s new spot.
