We have been to many nice steak houses! The atmosphere here is amazing! It’s in an old bank and absolutely beautiful. Our server was awesome! Super nice. Everything we ordered was right, and it was not a super long wait for food to arrive and be served . The manager stopped by our table and introduced himself and was very kind…… The food was my issue, it was good ( it was not bad) , it was tasty but for the price I expected it to be amazing. It was just ok. The lobster wasn’t the best. The steak was decent( but didn’t wow me), the meatballs were very good, and so were the drinks ! The bacon was just ok. The dessert was probably the best part(besides the drinks), both the butter cake and chocolate moose were delicious!

First and absolute last time I will ever dine here. We had a reservation at 7:30P. Arrived at 7:40p and told it would be a 10 minute wait. We ended up waiting 70 minutes just to be sat. 70 minutes is a bit ridiculous. The female supervisor who sat us did not provide an explanation on why it took so long for us to be sat, just an empty thank you for waiting.

Food here is overall very good. A little disappointed in the Prime Bone in Ribeye, not much flavor to it but everything was cooked to perfection. The dry aged Prime was good, though I sort of hoped the truffle butter & scallop topping the waiter talked about looked a little more like I was imaging

I took my gf here as part of her birthday weekend and this place did not disappoint. The interior is grandeur, it used to be a bank entrance. The service was good, the waiter was very knowledgeable and professional, but a tad bit aggressive. The cocktails were great. The appetizers were very good. Two that stood out were the cheesesteak dumplings and the spicy Alaskan king crab rolls which I did not expect to be good considering we’re in a steakhouse and not a sushi place. But the main focus was on the meat. My girlfriend got filet mignon Oscar style. She loved it. I got the bone-in ribeye steak and it was cooked to perfection. Salt and pepper was the only thing on it and it was delicious. We paired our meats with brussel sprouts and lobster mac & cheese which were great sides to complement the meat. All in all, this luxury steakhouse delivers what its reputation demands. Definitely recommended for special occasions!

The Ceasars salad was great paired well with the thick cut bacon.

Dined solo on a Friday night around 8:30. Got a high top table in the bar area and received very friendly greetings and service from the hostess stand and from my server, Ash. Overall the service and the ambiance were excellent and I felt well taken care of the entire time I was there. The building really is impressive. The food is just standard steakhouse fare. Nothing special. The shucked oysters were just average. The 16 ounce ribeye was done to my requested temperature and was flavorful. The side of asparagus was a little overdone, but I appreciated the chopped pistachios on them. This was a fine experience for a chain, but I really should remind myself to stick with locally owned “one off” establishments.

Service was horrible, food was just okay. It wasn’t the normal dining experience that I have had at Del Frisco’s.

The decor is amazing if you haven’t been there when you go and stop Raise Your Head Up and taking the ambiance. Then pull up a chair sit back and plan to enjoy a meal which you may have never tasted before steak so tender it melts in your mouth. Pesto sauce is a smooth as a creamy silk absolutely divine. And I’ve cooked in a couple of five star restaurants

Just understand that my expectations going into this steakhouse were high. With the price, I expected to love everything I ate. My husband and I went to a cheaper steakhouse, and they earned their 5 stars. But Del Frisco couldn’t even earn a 3 star. Let’s start from the beginning. It’s Valentines Day so I did book our table ahead. The person checking us in was rather rude. She told us to move away from the podium. She didn’t even give us a chance to move before she stated that. The hostess was very nice bringing us to our table. She asked us about the weather and wished us a happy Valentines Day. She also complimented me on my nails. Once our waiter arrived, not much personality from him. Working with the public, its important to be in the moment. His communication was awful and barely smiled. I yearned for a different waiter but left it alone. The Valentines Day special was a no go. I am allergic to fish (but shell fish is fine), onions, and my husband is just picky. He wouldn’t go for the shrimp cocktail and isn’t a huge fan of lobster. We went for the Double Eagle Table Tasting. I was so excited to try the creamed spinach but it has onions. Mashed potatoes? Onions. Wagyu meatballs? Onions. I guess everything must be pre-prepared. Ok. So we chose the thick cut Nueske Bacon and we were able to substitute with a baked potato. We did get an additional side of lobster macaroni and cheese along with creamed corn. We both ordered the filet mignon (rare and medium rare), scallops and small lobster tail. The Nueske was too spicy for me. I could barely enjoy the taste of the bacon. Creamed corn, and the lobster macaroni were good. The staff brought out mashed potatoes, that was taken back, brought out a baked potato with chives, which made my waiter frustrated at the staff so he personally brought out the potato the 3rd time and that came out correct. Our steaks were an easy 3. Wow. I was so disappointed. This is a steakhouse!! My husband compared his to Longhorns steaks but I feel Longhorn was even better than this. The scallops were undercooked. I dated a chef…. they were undercooked. The lobster tail was good but boy, it definitely was small. The desserts were full size. We chose the strawberry cheesecake and butter cake. They both were okay. I’ve had better cheesecake from NY. Was this meal worth nearly $300 plus tip? No. Even the VIP cocktail was nothing to call home about. My family owned a lounge for decades and it was nothing to call my uncle about and say, “it was delicious!” I wanted an upscale Philadelphia Steakhouse experience. I was highly unsatisfied with this experience.
