Del Rossi’s Trattoria is a much beloved local institution. The trattoria is set in a restored 1786 Georgian farmhouse located in the heart of the Monadnock region in Dublin, New Hampshire. Over the years, patrons have enjoyed its authentic Italian cuisine, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and it’s warm and inviting atmosphere. In the 80’s and 90’s Del Rossi’s added live music to their trattoria experience and featured hundreds of acts that included the likes of Alison Kraus, Iris Dement, John Hartfort, Norman and Nancy Blake, and Tim O’Brien. The service is good, the food is mostly excellent. I gave 4 stars because my wife ordered veal piccata, and the filet was rather thick, more so than I remember over the years. My grandmother used to really tenderize and work the filets so they were less than 1/4″ thick but not tough. The desserts were really good also.
