The dining room is absolutely saturated in water because apparently the roof is leaking in a major way. It’s been this way for at least several weeks. The leak is so bad that numerous tables are out of order. Floor is shiny with water. I can’t believe the owners haven’t addressed this.

When we first walked inside it took a while to be greeted. Once we were the worker was helpful and kind. Beverage bar/ customer bar was dirty. Food was good. Fries could have been a little more fresh but that could be up to personal preference. Very cold inside which made us want to leave earlier.

The worst experience I have had at Del Taco. On 5/29/23 between 9:15. and 9:45pm. I went through the drive-through to order my food. The line was backed up. It took forever for the person to take my order. Once I place my order I had to wait another 20 to 25 minutes to get my food once it was my turn at the window. I asked the person what was going on. The lady at the drive-through did not greet me or apologize for the delay. The only thing she told me was that they were shorthanded in a sarcastic voice. Once I pay for my food, I had to wait a few more minutes I snatched a bag from her hand and her response was, I’m going to kick your blank, blank, blank, very rude and unprofessional. I am a loyal long time customer of Del taco as I left the drive-through. My food was cold because It sat there for a long time. Follow up this morning called ask for the store, manager or general manager. I got a person by the name of Desiree she told me that the manager was not there and on vacation, all she did for me as an apology which I think it was not sincere. Desiree told me that she was gonna take care of that and talk to the employee at work. That’s not the way to do customer service.

Well, this is the first. I have never taken a restaurant from a five-star review to a one-star review in my life. When del Taco opened I was super excited because I knew that they had fresh food and so I automatically decided to give it a try. Probably for the first year or so they did a great job. I love this place! The servers are so friendly and the food is delicious! I got their chicken burrito with guac and it was huge! It was so good, I ate the whole thing! Their fried cheese cake is so addictive. When I went back again I had to get that in my order. This is one of my favorite restaurants for burritos. I would come back again.

On July 14th at 7:23 the staff acted like no one was in the dinning room. We were greeted 5 mins after everyone walked passed us. Order was taken and waited 25-30 mins for our order. We saw our food was sitting at the area but no one gave it to us. Our food came out in portions not all at once and was cold. Worse service ever. Someone needs to do something about it

I never have too many bad experiences but this one definitely threw me off. I ordered two fish tacos because it sounded good. They tasted old and the tortilla was rubbery. The worst part was the fry old tasting meat. It wouldn’t have been that bad if the meat was fresh and the tortilla wasn’t old. A 3 star suffices as I don’t just rate any lower unless it’s something really bad. The overall customer service was nice tho

Just went to this location through the drive-thru this past Saturday, 6/24/23. I ordered a chicken salad & a drink which totaled $10.57. I used my CashApp card which I locked back immediately after using. CashApp just notified me that my total was updated from $10.57 to $21.14. Why was I charged twice? I called the location & spoke with the shift manager. He was very nice but couldn’t do anything. Waiting to speak with the general manager tomorrow.

Employees were on there phone not doing anything I waited 30 mins for my burger and then they found out they had no fries cooked and waited another 5 for fries, DoorDash driver behind me waited 10 mins when his food was sitting there ready and employees walked by him and didn’t ask if he needed help or if that was his food. This place needs some lager fixing and employees need more restaurant knowledge I work at a restaurant and this makes the restaurant community look like we don’t care.

All I am going to say is I want to own a franchise!!!!! I want to invest and bring del taco to where I am from In GA. If we had this returabt where iam from, Taco bell would go out of business in a matter of seconds!!!! This food was so good I was about to turn around at 10pm and come back get a hotel and wait until it opened to get some more omg!!!!! Whoa!!! I stopped eating taco bell when they allowed the quality to vanish into thin air just like the pandemic. BUT THE flavorful meaty filled fresh burrito I had from Del Taco hit my mouth I felt like I was already at the border!! Let me tell you stop here and eat You will not be disappointed. Everything was fresh and goood I didn’t even need the sauce!! Trust me you will thank me later.
