Food is normally good, the service is where this place really shines. I had a large order and was missing items. The line was long and as such by the time I got to the counter the food I did have was cold. Jessica remade my whole order without question and was very friendly. Ambiance is family friendly with a southwest spin.

Honestly is was almost closing time but they missed 3 tacos on my order. I went back in seemed the cook ( I could be wrong) had a problem with making 3 soft tacos for me.I got them and they were hard tacos,not normally a big deal. But my daughter will only eat soft tacos and I was out of soft shells at home.

The service was great! Very nice and professional. The food, however, was only what I could say as bellow average. The beef had a weird texture and taste, and the chicken seemed “off.” The sauce packets seem like a TacoBell ripoff, not a lot of flavor, and the “HOT” sauce has no taste and a little heat. Genuinely the worst service of any fast-food place I’ve ever been to. I once placed an order for pickup and waited over an hour for my food. I was ignored by the staff as they I waited and after 45min of waiting they asked me “so what was your order again?” Then after I reminded them and got my food I drove home without checking and surprise, the entire order was wrong. I haven’t been back in several months until just now, where I once again had a horrible experience. I placed my order at the drive-tru and they didn’t have what I wanted so I said “No worries, thank you.” And the lady mocked my voice in response and I could hear her coworkers laughing the back ground. Like girl are you serious? I’m sure the management at this place is a mess and that’s the root of why this place sucks so much. But the out right rudeness from staff is truly wild to me. As someone who also works in a service job, I would never treat someone this way. Avoid this store like the plague they are flop!

Maybe it was a bad night but this might have been the worst drive thru experience ever. On July 16th, I ordered a few items for pickup in the drive thru including the free shake they give for your birthday. There were about 5 cars in front of me, so I expected to wait a few minutes.

I am craving a fried chicken taco. I see that Del Taco has some so I download the app and decide to try it for the first time. I arrive at the drive thru and cashier says my order has not showed up on there system yet so can I drive around and he will bring it out to me. After 10 minutes I come in the store and he still does not see my order and will not give it to me eventhough I am showing him the receipt on there app. I ask for person in charge who is just watching his team not care and messing up orders. I lady in the back sees my order and starts to make it. They give me refried greasy French fries. I ask for fresh fries and then they give me uncooked white fries.
