I am truly disappointed with the food and service by the manager at this establishment. I asked for a deluxe chili cheese fries and this is what came out. I walked up to the front and asked if they could fix it. No sour cream and the staff honestly laughed at me. After spending 31 on the whole meal, I felt embarrassed in front of my guest and the manager was so rude to me, I just asked for my money back. We’ve been coming here since they opened & definitely prefer this place over the other Taco place. The toppings seem to be fresh all the time & more fulfilling. However, our dinner this past week was totally horrible & when called there was no apology or anything. It was also late in the evening as my son got done with his internship that he goes to each day after a long drive to/from college in Gainesville & we decided to grab this for dinner. I love tacos but got can see in the pics I got a “cheese” taco, seriously where’s the beef? You can see my taco and then the cheese that was pulled off & the 3rd was cheese from both tacos as I combined the 2 to make 1. The lettuce was also missing from 1. There’s nothing consistent anymore. What’s going on? My chili cheese fries had maybe a teaspoon of cheese & about the same amount of chili. I have never received this small amount before as it’s usually covered. My husband ordered grilled chicken tacos & got the same – little to none cheese! Very disappointed & if it wasn’t after 8pm I would’ve gone back. We order through the app & drive down to pick up. I guess we’ll have to go inside & check each item from now on.

Service at the counter was good, but everything else subpar. The floors are very slick. Elderly man almost slipped and fell in the dining area. Snack tacos barely had any meat and didn’t even cover half the taco shell. Had several, and all this way. The taco shells are stale. Taste horrible.

Well, just like everything else these days, you are paying more but getting less. The pictures on the menu screen showed the soft tacos I had ordered being stuffed to the brim with meat, lettuce and cheese, but what I got was tacos that had very little meat, lettuce and cheese in them. They had actually rolled them closed, so they didn’t even look like tacos at all. So 2 “tacos,” a small fry, and a small drink was almost 11 dollars. It didn’t taste bad, but it definitely wasn’t worth 11 dollars. Not sure if I will be going back to try something else.

This was one of the almost $2 Carbonaro tacos I called them he said these were made properly BS also I gave them $100 bill he hands me $80 says this was $88 and some change I said this is $80 I had to get the manager to get my money back

A couple of weeks ago I went to a Del Taco in Denver, Colorado area. The fries did not taste as good here in Buford, Georgia. They were nasty. The drive thru was majorly slow. The fish tacos were awesome as always.

I am dissatisfied yet again! I go to this location all the time! Just went yesterday and went 3 times last week. 8 out 10 time’s something is going to be wrong! And I have been ask by family and friends when I complain why I come back and they also can’t believe I go back. It is a few employees that I have gotten to trust and know that they will make my experience great even if something is wrong! But I’m all the way done with you all after today! The location is very noisy when you are ordering at the drive through really nobodies issue just location! So being a regular customer I know I have to order loudly! The girl still was about to mess my order up so I needed to speak even louder! I did and I had her read it back to me! As she should! So I get to the window and wanted to use my points! The system is down not the first time I’ve heard that! And I did say everytime I come something is wrong and I didn’t lie it is. She proceeds to say the system being down is not their fault and she was completely right and I agreed but I also let her know my food had been wrong several times (and that’s definitely their fault) I just told her that just adds on to the problems I’ve had before. She proceeds to ask me is that why I had an attitude when I was ordering mind you her tone was all wrong. So I told her I was trying to figure out who she was talking to like that and told her I didn’t have an attitude I was speaking loudly because you can’t hear with all the traffic in the background and I let her know I didn’t have an attitude but I do now! I proceeded to let her know she can keep that food and I will just call and report her! I’ve called one time months before they offered me some discount I never even asked for the discount because I knew I would have to move mountains to get that! When the manager called last time she kept blaming the young girl and I told her it’s managements fault too cause you all train them they are a reflection of you! So I didn’t even say anything about the dumb discount. I’m done with them this time for sure should have been done but I kept giving them a chance just being greedy. None the less I left and went to Taco Bell so I guess if I want fast tacos Taco Bell it will be! Oh how I’m going to miss my sprite popper drink which they have messed up 2 times!!! Missed Del Taco from California so decided to go there and it was a horrible experience. The charge .25 plus tax for a cup of water this after spending over $25.00 on food. Then there was over a 10 minute wait for the food when there was absolutely no one in line and they forgot part of the order. Will never go here again
