Them tacos gave life!! JAZZY AGM & SETH GM we’re awesome!! I didn’t like they sprite or they lemonade with the strawberry it wasn’t GIVING what it was supposed to gave!! but the tacos were especially on the little TUESDAY SPECIAL! Haha! $4 bucks for 3 tacos u can’t beat it!! I didn’t like the mild sauce but I did enjoy the HOT!

We ordered a crunchy taco and soft chicken taco, (other stuff but doesn’t pertain to problem) the tacos were HALF cheese, I was expecting a good amount of lettuce but only 2-4 strips of actual shredded lettuce. Crunchy taco was half cheese! Couldn’t even be eaten. Wasted money unfortunately. Other than the cheese fiasco majority of the rest was decent. Great service though.

The staff was friendly from the moment we walked through the door. The menu has good variety and the food was good. They have a value menu which is nice for people on a budget. The only downside was that the building felt dirty. The floor was sticky, the drink area was sticky, and the tables were wiped down, but still had some stuck on food. The bathroom was unpleasant with the toilet paper on top of the grab bar, the lighting was dingy and the sink was dirty. The food was really good and the staff was amazing but overall the cleanliness is what made me downgrade the rating. I’ll go back again, but will probably go through the drive thru. My suggestion to management is to have more staff so there is time for the employees to clean.

The reason I’m giving this place a 1 star is because me and my roommate have had things missing three times now. Normally it was my fries and I wasn’t happy but I really didn’t care. This time my roommate was missing his burrito. His burrito. Like come on I’ve worked fast food and I understand that during rush hour it’s crazy I get that but this wasn’t rush hour. There was only three cars in total with us including. That ain’t the only reason why I’m giving it one star. There has been a few times where the person couldn’t hear us and we had to repeat things more than once. This was our final straw. We will never be coming back here again. So for everyone that reads this before you pull out make sure you got your stuff.

Don’t know what happened today. Lucky its not a 1 star. My order completely wrong. Ordered new torts. Got 2 tacos. Fries old and stale grease taste. They were cold. Asada Tortas not what it looks like in picture. Average taste. Disappointing. Gave us new fries and we took this picture of Tortas Asada. Yuck! Bread barely toasted, cheese overpowers sandwich. Employees in back talking while line was waiting out front. Normally this place is pretty good, not today.

I went through the drive Thru with my starving 1 year old granddaughter saying eat eat for 20 minutes stuck in the drive thru. cant leave once you pull in, you are at their mercy! Get the food, the chicken roll up I ordered, she can’t even chew the tortilla. I couldn’t even tear a piece off it. They definitely microwaved it too death! When I got home, my food was just as disgusting like eating rubber! They need to hire some competent, efficient, purposeful people who take pride in their job enough to send out edible food! Our time is valuable, quit wasting it! trying to save a buck by being understaffed is gonna get you the same result as all the other closed down, subpar eating establishment before you!!

We should have followed our rule about no cars in the parking lot at noon! The food was terrible, the chips tasted like they were weeks old and had been fried in old grease. Our order was wrong, and they were out of quite a few things. the restroom was also out of order. Additionally, there were no napkins, the drink station was dirty, and the trays weren’t very clean either. It was bad enough I’m not going to eat there again— and I don’t say that often! I foresee this location going out of business just like Jack-in-the-Box did because they don’t take care of the place, don’t stock things, well, and make sure the food is fresh.
