We ordered two rollers and one del taco. Took 15 min while all the drive through orders were made. It also had hair in it, like an inedible amount. And when we wanted to give feedback, we waited so long to get their attention we just left. We’ve also had our in store order forgotten on several occasions. Not only are in store orders slow, its also in the drive through. The employees routinely stop what they’re doing to chitchat and take phone calls. Work life balance is important, but that’s what breaks are for. Not worth going to.

Your intercom isn’t very reliable. Needed a gift card for fathers day and the poor guy working drive thru couldn’t understand 35.00 gift card which was said 3xs and he still had a hard time understanding. We got it sorted out at the window. The guy working had great customer service tho!

They accept orders on doordash knowing they aren’t going to make it and “claim” their machines are broken like McDonald’s does lmao but they accept them anyway and then say they can’t cancel your order so you have to do it but DoorDash won’t give you a refund because they claimed on DoorDash they prepared the order

I recently visited Del Taco and unfortunately, my experience was not great. While the staff was friendly, the service was incredibly slow. In fact, not only did they mess up my order, but they also messed up the order of the person before me. Although we would have asked for them to correct the mistake, we didn’t want to wait any longer due to the already slow service.

Very slow drive thru, especially late at night. attempted to stop by at 1am and the line was backed up all the way to Broadway Ave and even after waiting for 20 minutes, I only moved 2 car lengths. Food is always really tasty, albeit, nothing special, and they have good deals on Tuesdays and Thursday nights.

The smallest 3$ taco I’ve ever seen in my life, the rollers were 80% tortilla and the meat was only at one end of it. Honestly seems like a sad joke that they made the food like this. It’s literally the size of my middle finger

Overall a pretty great place for some quick tacos or burritos. Service has usually been pretty quick and the dining room was very clean. For how cheap the food is it’s pretty delicious. Staff is also very friendly. I’d stop by if you have the chance. Just note their dining room is only open until 8pm, unlike their 24hr drive thru.
