This place is dirty and short staffed. Let me say that I worked fast food for years. The number one thing you need to do is keep your area clean and wiped. All the counters are dirty especially where they make the food! They were also short-handed with only two people working and the drive-thru. I watched my order sit on the counter getting cold for 10 minutes while the guy took drive-through orders, bagged orders took counter orders by himself. There was a young lady putting the orders together, what’s no sense of urgency or caring. I was picking up an order for a delivery service. The last time I ate here was sometime last year and it made me sick, and I’m the type that never throws up! I see this place hasn’t improved and only gotten worse! They should fire everybody and hire somebody who cares or close! You are making people sick!

Not even close to the quality offered at other locations. We ordered a bunch of snack tacos last night and they were EMPTY. Small amount of meat on half the taco, little cheese, and maybe 3 to 4 pieces of lettuce. It was a joke. Obviously an attempt to skimp on ingredients to make more money. This comes from the top down.. I eat at Del Taco about 3 times a week, but this location is horrible.

So I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken taco meal 2 bean and cheese burritos and 2 supreme beef tacos. He informed me they didn’t have supreme tacos so I told him to just give me the regular ones. I get my food and they’re not there so I go back through the drive through and he tells me “don’t worry I got you” I get to the window after like 15 minutes and they’re charge me for the tacos that they forgot to ring up. It should definitely been compt. Considering all my other food got cold while having to wait another 20 minutes because of they’re mistake. I told them that and they got all rude Horrible customer service.WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I’m a doordasher I arrive at this location at 8:35pm to pick up like 4 items and 2 drinks and didn’t receive the order u til 9:10. The store was NOT busy, no one in the lobby and maybe 2 cars in the drive through. The little blonde girl was asked multiple times about then the order would be done and all I got was a laugh and she just kept walking…each time I asked I got the same response. Extremely disrespectful. This is not the first time I have been here for an order and it’s always the same thing. Takes at least 20 minutes even for a very small order. Never seems to be an manager’s and I end up taking the blame from the customers and apologizing for DEL TACOS issues

Website says Open at 8am. Came to get breakfast several different visits and they weren’t open yet. Tried again this morning, arrived at 8:18am and doors were locked. So disgusted with this Del Taco, it’s dirty and food isn’t as good as other locations.

Slowest service ever! Got down to order to go because there was 5 cars in drive thru and all 5 cars plus 3 more were served before me. All I ordered was snack tacos and 1 French fry. Will never step inside this establishment again.

This store has gotten better. They are usually so slow but this last visit they were faster. So disappointed in del taco not carrying the spicy Jack anymore. I was a frequent visitor but not anymore. Wish they would go back to their previous menu
