Monday 05/15/23 I arrived at the drive thru at 10:41 pm and the lady on the microphone told me that the 2 customers ahead of me are the last to be served tonight and asked me to leave. I told her that the hours of operation is till 11pm but refused to serve me. Not sure if a manager was on duty but that doesn’t seem right. I would like a response from the manager.

Had to ask for receipt more than once. Then I get my order, I asked for medium sauce and I have mild! I guess they give you whatever they want. Then I realize I have no napkins!!! Hispanic male working the drive thru window tonight at 9:30pm is a real genius I see…I guess it was so busy with the no cars behind me, or any customers inside.

Taco Tuesday is our favorite day of the week at del taco ! It’s 3 regular tacos for $1.49 trust me for the price they are delicious so give them a shot on Tuesday noghts the lady manager is super nice and she always makes our French fries fresh so they always come out blazing hot oh and if you download the app you get 2 free tacos and a strawberry sprite now that was cool ……..

So this location is listed as 24 hours so b I drive all the way there and I get there at approximately 1:45 am. I see the employees in there but not only was the lady talking rude to me she also told me that they were closed!! Thus happened on May 6th at 1:45 am. Management needs to get it together. Why are they getting payed to work but don’t want to work?? A waste of my time. Don’t go!!

They closed the lobby at 8 PM for no reason with no signs posted. All signage indicates that the lobby closes at 11 PM. Very inconvenient when trying to make two orders or attempting to find out about new items. They also let the phone ring and won’t pick it up.

Absolutely terrible service. I waited OVER 30 minutes after being told that my order would be brought out to me, mind you the doors were locked with customers inside (fire code violation), so I had to wait for one of them to leave so the door would be unlocked. Once it was, I was told my order was confused with another one through door dash, even though my order was processed through the Del Taco app directly and it was just being started. After asking why my order was taking so long, the young man working decided to get an attitude with me and tell me that everybody is waiting that long, and I could gladly cancel my order (not possible at that point). I not only waited that long, my order was incorrect and food was THROWN into the bag, not even in a wrapper… That is absolutely ridiculous and I will NOT be back due to the blatant disrespect from staff. I fully intend on contacting the Fire Marshals Office regarding the lack of safety or caring for the well-being of your customers. If there was an emergency, they would not be able to get out and the safety concerns alone should worry corporate more than the other problems.

Everything about it sucked they told us to wait for the guac and we waited just for them to not put it in any of our food.On top of that it was a main ingredient on our dish.While we were there it was empty and they still messed up our order charging us extra because of there mess up.We ended up ordering some ranch and chicken tacos and they put some random sauces in it.
