The new noodles you sell are a waste of money. For $5.99 I could have bought a whole case of cup of noodles. We spent $12.98 for two cups. And the small cup you provide is small and was half full. I want compensation. Plus my $ 5 coupon promised for filling survey. A real ripoff $5.99 plus tax or .50 cents you decide. More noodles in the $.50 cup!!

I literally order the new bbq burrito with no sour cream I’m allergic. When I got to the window I paid for my meal and notice it didn’t say no sour cream on the receipt. So I told the female drive through worker to please make sure there was no sour cream in the burrito because on the receipt it doesn’t say. She said okay and walk toward the kitchen Yet when I get home and talking eating. It was so much sour cream as if the put nothing but sour cream in it. Very disappointed. Now I have to take meds and hope I don’t go to the hospital.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Horrible service and rude managers! All are franchises, so pick another one. Went last night about 10:30pm. The girl taking the order never said anything until I said I was ready to order. She did not know what queso loaded nachos were and put fries because she couldnt find nachos on the box. Get to the window and she never says a word to me. Hands me the receipt and closes the window. I noticed that she charged me for fries and not nachos. I get the attention of a man working. He was very nice. Another woman comes to the window and hands me the nachos. Then asks me what else I ordered. I said, you have my receipt. I finally get everything and had to ask for my receipt back. The receipt was all crinkled like someone balled it up to throw it away. I said to the woman that they didnt have to be so rude. Very rudely she replied, who is being rude. I said the girl that took my order. She said she has only been there a week. I’m honestly surprised that she is still there after one week. The only nice person there was the man. The 2nd woman was also rude and looked at you like she wanted to fight you. I will not be back to this location. I dont even live in Vegas. This type of service is unacceptable and does not need to happen. All I simply did was order food.

Service was lacking 5+ minutes for a staff member to come to counter to take order for 3 people. The order itself was underwhelming took 15+ minutes for tacos and 1 burrito, and still was not right missing guac on tacos. Stood another 5minutes before anyone acknowledged someone was standing at counter and needed help..come on you guys should be doing a lot better! Every one of your staff needs a refresher course in customer service!!

This Del Taco needs a lot of work. The wait time is horrible and there’s no sense of urgency. To place your order it’s about 5 minutes, to pay and receive is another 10 minutes. Don’t offer drive thru if you can’t keep the consistent service standard. The GM or District Leader needs to be made aware. And yes I have started driving a bit further to a different location.

Horrible service. Every table was covered in food. Chairs had old food caked on them. Asking for a rag and/or if someone could clean a table for my children and I to eat dinner fell on Def ear. Or I was ignored since my order was taken. The soda dispenser sprayed my raspberry tea all over me and my young son as it was caked in something. This place is a sheet hole. I’m sure more than one person has gotten ill from the food here.

I avoid certain locations including this one because of past experiences but today we decided to give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE. Ordered the shrimp tacos, 2 for $6. The tortillas were so soggy like they were dipped in water and the pico was gross. Like they used old soft tomatoes and scooped up all the liquid from the pico dish when they made these tacos. Both were disgusting. I didn’t eat the tortilla and I will never go back again. Even if it was free. It’s not even worth zero dollars. The prices are all 30% higher than last year and the food is worse. Never again!
