Wow. Where do I start? First off, the drive through was taking so long I had to go inside. When I got inside there NO clean tables. Trash all over the floors and the floors and counters behind the cash register (where they make our food) was filthy. I asked for a rag and some warm water to wipe our tables and they looked at each other like I just asked them a pre calculus problem. So I decided to wet some napkins and put some hand sanitizer and do it myself. And whatta ya know? Hand sanitizer is empty. Horrible service. I asked for 2 of my tacos w no lettuce and whatta ya know. I received 2 tacos w lettuce.

Found a hair within my taco. The manager is rude and never truly acknowledged my presence when I was at the front counter. She never said hello or let the employee come and take my order. I get home and see this hair in my taco. They need hair nets because this is ridiculous and they need to work on their customer service skills.

This Del Taco has always been great in the past. I do a lot of handyman jobs after I leave the base and usually swing through Lowe’s and this Del Taco to have food for dinner. The last few times the food has been pretty sad. Two pieces of lettuce on a taco? Last week I ordered a burrito and the side was blown out of it. That’s hard to eat when you have no utensils. Then today I spent $6.89 for 4 chicken tacos that were pretty empty. Could have swung by Jack in the Box for a 3rd of price.

This is a convenient location off 95 on N Durango. Lots of parking beat and clean. We ordered at drive up. There are two menu boards a distance apart in the drive up lane for your convenience. Customer service at order window and pick up was great. Very friendly and helpful. She made sure if there was anything else that we needed such as sauce, etc. The wait was less than five minutes to pick up. Meals were good. I like their Del Taco tacos. The items are affordable. They have value combo meals and hamburger and fries as well. Will definitely return.

You guys are real consistent. On not getting an order, right? I can’t t tell if it’s just straight incompetence or that your audio for the drive thru. Either way your service employees seem to treat customers as if they’re on a piece Rate. Please try to get them to pay attention to the customer a little bit more. Your customers are spending 30 to 40 bucks each time they are there and order are not getting out correctly.

Went to drive thru and placed a order they forgot one of my meals but just noticed when I got home so went back to get it and once I looked in the bag I seen I got really burnt french fries and asked the lady if I could get fresh ones and she said no I’m sorry. My kids food was placed up side down in the bags and all of our food was cold. I won’t be going back !!

Wow is it possible to give it less than one. I have gone many times but today was crazy. This actually happened. We were standing there for at least 5 to 10 minutes at the counter. We were staring at the works. One worker went around the counter and then ordered from another worker. While we were waiting. That seriously happened. Nobody even acknowledged us for that time. Seriously the workers even went to the register in front of us then moved over to the next register because we were apparently in the way. Seriously would anyone go back after that? So many taco options on the same street. I only go for convenience. Why not get convenience and quality at Durango tacos. This Del Taco is trash.

I’ve been eating at Del Taco dang near 40 years and sometimes things are wrong which is understandable for fast food. However this location on Durango and Farm/El Capitan has gone down hill consistantly lately. I’ve lived around the corner from it for 8 yrs and the last few months have really sucked each time now so that prompted the review. It was $12.65 for a Large #1 combo (2 The Del Tacos, Fries, and Drink) and then 2 extra The Del Tacos. All 4 were less than half full. The Fries, as others have mentioned, were underneath everything and soggy and gross. It has been similar results the last several orders as well. Very disappointed in this location. I’m all over town for work and other locations are usually better than this… so far at least, fingers crossed.
