Most horrible experience I have ever had!!! Never have I ever had worse experience at Del Taco. Supposedly, I spoke to the GM Scott. He said that he would replace the order completely for me. I told him what was wrong with the food. The food was not appetizing, I specifically asked for lots of sauce (didn’t get a single one), fries were under cooked for about a minute so they were potatoes, the taco shells were old and stale, etc. He then asked me what was wrong again. Then he said let me talk to my higher ups. He said he would call me back. He never did! How rude. I literally left the food in my kitchen waiting for his call. So I call back 24 hours, speak to manager, Juan and he says oh yes you spoke to my GM and he said he is not willing to replace the food because of the price. WOW!!! I spent $70 at this place and told him how rude that was and I will reach out to my bank. He said thank you. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will never recommend Del Taco again. They have no respect for there customers nor do they understand the meaning of the hard working dollar.

Absolutely the worst experience! Quality of food and def the service! We were in line in the drive thru for over 20 mins and they forgot my daughter’s chips. Went inside to get them and was looked at like I was lying – about chips! The tacos were cold and fries and the churro fries were saturated in oil. Made my belly upset!! Won’t ever go there again! Don’t recommend it either

I ordered the #3 which is the beer batter tacos tonight. I have to say that they were the worst that I have ever had at Del Taco. I could not eat one of the tacos because the so called fish was hard!! I had to throw it away. I have had the beer battered tacos numerous times and they have always been good. But tonight was the exception!!! Honestly I do not know what was actually in the taco. The crew needs to double check on the quality of the fish to ensure that it is of high quality and can be eaten. I will not be eating at this Del Taco for quite sometime!

Del Taco is Del Taco. No bells and whistles. It’s not gourmet by any means. But when you want fantastic fast food chicken tacos, it’s extremely hard to beat. This particular location was clean, and the service was prompt. The cashier was very friendly and personable. Overall an enjoyable experience.
