My wife gets urges for Del Taco’s little cheap tacos every once in a while. Their food is satisfying. The cost is inexpensive. We usually go thru the drive thru so the staff isn’t overly friendly or anything, but they are not rude or dismissive either. We continue to go there so all in all it’s a cool fast food spot.

Order chicken tenders and fries box. I asked for the sauce that comes with the box and the guy at the window told me that it would be an extra charge for the sauce. I asked how is that possible if the meal comes with sauce. He said “ because you didn’t tell them when you placed your order” sit they didn’t even asked me what sauce I wanted. I always go here and has never had an issue with this place until today. And I never heard of being charged for something that comes with the meal rather I was asked at the order box or not. SMH

I can’t say it enough, You never get extra cheese when you PAY extra for it. Every time I order a Burrito I get changered extra money for the Extra cheese and I get Nothing. I’ve complained about this I every review because it’s True, if you don’t believe me, then try it yourself and see. I hate the fact they even Doubled the the price Dollar menu is now 2 Dollar menu. A complete rip-off on the overall pricing. In conclusion, Instead of visiting 4 times a week, it’s 2 times a month or now virtually never. I even hate the newest phone app I removed from my phone, has no Deal offers Worth anything that makes me want to go there. Del Taco is in the way Down !

The food is seriously a definite hit or miss, just depends on the staff working that day. I always ask for EXTRA cheese on burritos and tacos and like I said before it can either be empty or perfect! Take a dice roll! Still good.

Could have given a better review if it wasn’t for the fact that I never get to have my food prepared the way I ask for it. I ordered an Epic combo burrito with EXTRA cheese and never get, they always charge me for it but never get it. What with this Del Taco ? I never can’t get what I Pay for. This is at every one of these restaurants ! UPDATE! It appears that nobody actually read my review so I changed the rating since Del Taco Managements response was Sarcastic. I didn’t leave a great review as you responded if you read the review it was a notification of the poor performance in food preparation. This is exactly what I would expect from this Company as the issues continue. Shame on Del Taco !

I don’t eat lot of fast food and I had not been to a Del Taco in a few years but I remember preferring it to Taco Bell because it seemed real. The classic chicken burrito was just great not too much dressing, ample chicken, discernable ingredients. This time wasn’t the walk down memory lane I had expected, everything I remember that made that burrito great was gone, it was mostly dressing obscuring the tiniest bits of ground chicken and I’m not sure of the other ingredients.

Looking for a light low costing bite on the road, I stop in to check for a Vegan taco at Del Taco and find just that, a tasty Vegan taco that the mild sauce spices up tastily enough. Is getting a three dollar taco on a Tuesday sacrilegious to Taco Tuesday? Asking cause of so many two dollar taco options on Tuesdays elsewhere.
