The food is not the same, and it’s made sloppy, and they almost never get your order correct even after it’s repeated to you when you order. It’s very disappointing to have to send back part of your order because they didn’t get it right while the rest of your food is getting cold. Step up your game Del Taco!

I worked there as a kid and the place has not changed much. I am really glad because year after year Del Taco remains one of the best places to grub close to home. The food is always high quality and well prepared. They always hire the best people and the service is fast. I’m not sure if Scott is still the owner of this franchise but that man was amazing to his team and he know how to hire the best and ensure quality over everything.

Well, Del Taco has always been struggling. Its always empty inside so you have your choice of tables. Restrooms are OUTSIDE like a gas station, and the drive thru window seems like an Indiana Jones mission to navigate thru since its SOOOO narrow.

Ordered a chicken cheddar quesadilla. Repeated it to her 3 times. Got charged for it and still ended up with a cheddar quesadilla with NO chicken! Too tired after a 2 hour rehearsal to get back in my car and drive back over there to get what I ordered! This is not the first time this location has screwed up my order and I really don’t know why I keep going back! Also, they can’t blame it on being too busy because I was the only one in the drive-thru and there wasn’t anyone in the dining room. I didn’t have any issues ever with the Del Taco by my old place in Panorama City, but unfortunately it’s too far now and the Glen Oaks location is the closest one to my new place. I think I’m done with Del Taco now since the incompetence level is so high and its no longer worth the aggravation! If I could give them zero stars, I would! Ugh!!!!

There’s a couple young guys that work there the drive-thru they pass out the food and they take the orders one of them is tall thin light-skinned the other one’s a little bit darker he’s shorter chubby but those two guys are the coolest gangsters that work every can get them orders out quick and they get everything in the bag I don’t even ask for unlike in and out and I never once parked me like McDonalds it would like Taco Bell and Burger King they always get my order right and he’s all because of those two young guys

A manager at this location, who pretends to be a wannabe boy. Showed no courtesy of my experience on visit/food service. I PUKED UP 2 tacos. I ordered 3 and my partner spit out the third taco and left half of it in the bag because it was DISGUSTING. So we knew the food was Bad. We went to “Get OUR MONEY BACK”. Since the “manager” asked twice ” What do you want?” “Where are (her) tacos?” Like I had to explained twice that I threw it up and we had the decency to leave half in the bag because that FOOD WAS PREPARED LIKE IT WAS SITTING THERE. FYI my first job had been a fast food experience, THE CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE AND COURTESY. And that she/boy manager had no effort in apologizing. All she said was “that’s weird. That usually doesn’t happen here.” As if we were scamming her and making us feel guilty for eating rotten food. Im glad she did the right thing towards giving me a refund because I would have seriously sued or basically kept complaining like its my right to tell this review to who reviews this. Thanks a lot for giving back $4 + change.
